The staff is wonderful. From Jazer at the front desk to Patricia in the coffee shop, and waiters Pedro (Risotto) and Jose (poolside), everyone busted their patooties to provide excellent service. Cannot beat the perfect beach location, away from the madding crowd, yet close enough to walk to the action if you wish. Stunning view from the balcony, white sandy beach with relatively gentle waves, and three pools, one exclusively for adults. Beds were comfy with lovely linens. Big towels, fairly good toiletries and a fridge with sodas and water.Inclusive coffee was yumsters, although you could get Starbucks if you paid extra. Gigundo brekkie buffet with a dozen hot dishes (hot cakes and waffles for the kiddies, tamales and meats for the bigs) and a swell array of fresh fruits and yogurts. And, you can get a complimentary mimosa every morning.

There are 13 floors, 800 guests, and ONE ELEVATOR out of four was working. There were two, but the pool elevator got stuck three times with people in it and they had to pry open the doors to get them out. The QR code reservation system didn't work well and people were kinda steamed about that. It seemed like someone had hacked the system. It opens at 9 a.m. and immediately there are no reservations available. I was able to figure out how to beat it: Have it open and filled out and pull the trigger on it at 8:59. Still, we would get there and the resto would be empty, with people waiting outside on standby.

The location was the best and the staff from the restaurant.

The check in and check out process was SO delayed, it was only 2 person receiving all the people that was arriving and just 1 person with all the reception thing during check out.

I had no issues , yes check in time takes awhile but that is because the staff is going over everything with you to make your set, i even check in early with no issues, i spoke no spanish however staff help me in any way they could, my room was clean with air conditioning that i could control, yes the elevator was slow in the evening but its 14 floors what do you expect during that busy time of day but my stay was wonderful, i recommend this resort despite other reviews, my concierge Janer , was beyond wonderful no matter what time it was he was able to communicate with me through whatsup app.

Our stay in Cancun was nothing short of exceptional, and I am pleased to say that this trip exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel features a wide range of outstanding amenities, including 16 hours of entertainment daily, which is comparable to the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas. One suggestion I would make is for the hotel to diversify its dining options by incorporating more traditional Mexican cuisine, rather than focusing primarily on Asian and American dishes. As someone who was looking forward to savoring authentic Mexican fare like tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, I found the food to be satisfactory, but with room for improvement, particularly with regards to the pizza served at the Italian restaurant. If this is indeed representative of authentic Italian cuisine, I may think twice about visiting Italy in the future.

At the pool bar they were taking used plastic cups and putting them under the water in the sink and reusing them. Also at check in the guy was trying to give a free breakfast in altitude tower. But it was a sales presentation they didn’t disclose it. It was on the back of a paper he gave us. The guy was so fake nice and wanted our passports and 20.00 for this fake free breakfast in altitude. We said absolutely not. We are not giving anyone that.

I liked the hotel and the location, but there is a ton of noise coming from the clubs about 500 meters away. They start at noon and continue until 3 am. So weather you are at the beach or in your room, the base is continuously. Had a city view room, but you can still see a bit of the ocean. It was very clean and spacious. Sometimes it had a weird smell. You can walk to all kinds of restaurants and the supermarket is nearby. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. Only had dinner once so not sure if it changes. They clean the beach every day from seaweed, but sometimes mother nature makes it hard for them to clean. Hotel has entertainment most nights.

Noise from the clubs. People bringing speakers to the beach mixing their music with music from the hotel and the clubs, so you just have Noise instead of music. Weird smell in the room

Location of course and facilities in hotel so I no need to go even out lovely to stay and just relax

Some reception stuff doesn’t really help with problems like where I can take some stuff where I can eat except main bar if from of them and just main all inclusive restaurant. Sad that if you in beach side and asking for just beer you will wait for while. They literally can give you signal to give me tips without having any nice service

Loved the staff and the resort was beautiful. The food was great.

They had 4 elevators and one was broke. It took forever at times to get it and then it would go down instead of up and we stayed on the 10th fl. It was also so hot in the building until you got to your room.

We are experienced travelers - and we have something to compare. one of the big pluses of this hotel is the attention to the "little things": excellent expensive memory foam mattresses on the beds and good linen (good sleep is the most important aspect of the trip), a new convenient and understandable climate control setting in the room, daily unobtrusive cleaning and linen change , even the shaving mirror in the bathroom is not fogging, it is extremely convenient (I think no one likes it when the mirror sweats and you can’t see anything in it), a lot of delicious quality food and drinks in the restaurants and bars of the hotel, a huge and main plus is a great beach closed from big waves breakwater (ideal with children), excellent friendly and hard-working staff.

Of the small and easily eliminated shortcomings: you can increase the number of umbrellas on the beach - the area of ​​\u200b\u200bthe beach area allows, sometimes all the umbrellas were occupied, then: some kind of overly weak shower at the exit from the beach to wash off sand and sea water, for some reason there is no convenient ramp for children and wheelchairs at the main entrance to the hotel, when cleaning the rooms, it is worth pouring the usual blockage solvent into the bathroom sink (since sometimes the water left very badly), sometimes there was also a little garbage on the beach under the sunbeds under the umbrellas (it’s sometimes worth cleaning up with a rake there, apparently not just noticed this garbage).

I liked all the all inclusive amenities offered by the property. Every day there was a variety of activities to choose from. There were many food choices everyday! The beach area was very nice.

I didn’t like not being able to get reservations at the restaurants during my stay. The slowness of the elevator was frustrating at times. I didn’t like not being within distance of some of the local tourist shops.

Very good location, good AI options, good food, very friendly and attentive staff (esp barkeeper Fernando at the poolbar). Large and clean rooms.

Would need some renovation here and there. Elevators very slow. Shower was only providing cold water (which for 31 degrees outside might be ok). Poolbar and beachbar could open a bit earlier (was 11am).
