This was an overnight stay in transit on our way back to the USA. The shuttle service was a deciding factor on the choice. (See what we didn't like) The staff was lovely and check in was a breeze. Our room was the most pleasant surprise...it was very large and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, and they had a good buffet with traditional Panamanian dishes. Good wait staff.

We missed the shuttle by a few minutes and it was going to be another hour until it came back around. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for $20.00US. The shuttle schedule was limited. We took a taxi the following morning back to the airport.

(On arrival at airport, shuttle was no where to be seen after a long wait. We took a taxi to the Hotel.) If the "shuttle schedule" would be posted online, that would be helpful. We DID take the shuttle bact to the airport the next day for our flight to David, Panama. THe shuttle schedule WAS POSTED AT THE HOTEL :) Small menu at the restaurante, all was good:)

The restaurante needed one more wait-staff, as they were quite busy. Also, as noted above, the shuttle schedule should be posted online, with BOOKING.COM, so people arriving at the airport will know when the next shuttle is arriving. We asked online before, however, no reply.

The location being so close to the airport was incredibly convenient, and having a free shuttle definitely lessened my worries. My first night in Panama, I stayed in a different hotel, but I had a mishap with a taxi driver and managed to walk to Crowne Plaza - and the staff made me feel safe, 2 weeks before I even stayed.

I felt like there weren’t many options for hot breakfast items, and even though I enjoyed it - there was only one type of juice available, so it would have been nice to have more variety.

I booked this hotel to be close to the airport. My flight was severely delayed, so I stayed two nights. They were accommodating in booking an additional night at the same rate. The restaurant was AMAZING. I'm not a foodie, but the food was really exceptionally good. There is a very nice pool and outdoor area. The lobby and bar are very nice. Shuttle service is available, however I did not use due to their desire to take you to the airport 2 hours prior to your flight.

All was good, no washcloths. But this seems to be a universal issue with most hotels in Panama.

The hotel was much cleaner then the last time that I stayed there. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The shuttle bus frequency of once per hour is inadequate and a deal-breaker. If your flight arrives 5 minutes after the departure of the shuttle bus, you must wait 55 minutes for the next bus. Meanwhile, they have two buses that are sitting at the hotel 90% of the time. The buses should be operating continuosly with pickups every 15 minutes.

The airport shuttle did not run frequently or continuously on a round-trip basis. You have to ensure you know what time the shuttle leaves the hotel just for departure guests, and the other time when it picks up just for arrivals. We waited nearly an hour at the airport and finally took a taxi, which cost $15 for a 1-mile trip. Given the proximity, it would be beneficial to run the airport shuttle more frequently,

I chose the hotel for its location close to the airport. That can’t be beat for a morning flight. The shuttle to the airport was a great perk. Excellent water pressure in the shower (really enjoyed it!). The pool is beautiful. I regret not spending more time there. It took me awhile to notice the card holder at the entrance to my room. Loved that once I did.

My room faced the street and it was pretty noisy. Fortunately, I slept fine.

Close to the airport, extremely comfortable rooms. Practical base for a stopover with early flight. We arrived at about 15:00 but still had enough time for a stress free visit to the old town and a meal at Mercado de Mariscos before returning for a shower, a good sleep and free shuttle to the airport the following day.

The shuttle only runs every hour. Pick-up service not great. Taxi to the hotel is complete rip-off.

Good proximity to the airport. Great pool which was good fun and hours of entertainment for my toddler. The jacuzzi area was also nice, but not heated. Huge green space around the pool. The WiFi was stable. It was nice to see that the tab water is drinkable. Nice warm shower. Good breakfast.

One night around 9.30pm (my toddler was already asleep) we had a crazy loud fire alarm go off inside our room with bright flashing lights. I read about this in other reviews before I booked, but didn't expect this to happen to us. It was a bit annoying and I mentioned it to the receptionist the next morning. They seem to be aware that their fire alarms are faulty and apologised. Hopefully they will get it fixed. Some of the staff were a bit slow.

perfect place to spend the night for a short overlay in Panama close to Tocumen Airport.

The shuttle bus had already left 10min before the agreed hour as it was said to be full. It would take another 30min before the shuttle would be back. The bell boy suggested we take a taxi, but then there were more people who wanted to take the shuttle and then the bell boy jumped in his (personal ?) car and drove us... (which was a good thing of course). They could avoid this by simply making sure people reserve their place in the shuttle. If it is full at a certain hour, then you know beforehand and can take an earlier/later one (or taxi).
