The Forest hotel upgraded my bookings to stay in the Castle -- a five star hotel next door. The view from the Castle was breathtaking. The breakfast was nice though I was given the menus for the hot breakfast only first two days. Perhaps, I was not entitled to it at all. It was clean. The staff was polite. I left my cord for the mobile in the room when I checked out. The staff did not sent me a message but responded as soon as I asked them about the cord.

It is quite far from the city centre. If you do not need to be in the historical town it is a good location. The restaurant is not cheap though the dishes and view are very nice. It is a good place if you don't worry about the cost.

The hotel's location and the breakfast was a highlight. The staff were extremely helpful and let me store my bicycles in their storage room free of charge. Free parking and great view from window was a bonus.

The shower temperature and pressure was below expectations.

The staff is very responsive, we had a room facing the parking lot, we asked if we could change it, and the staff agreed without any problems and found us another room. The pleasure of being in the forest, silence.

The internal rules of the hotel do not prohibit smoking on the balcony, it is surprising that there are still people who are surprised when they are told that their smoking on the balcony harms the neighbors and all the smoke goes upstairs when you smoke on the floor below. The hotel is located in the forest and we would like to breathe fresh air, but we were poisoned by the smoke of the smokers on the floor below. There is no air conditioning in the room, so we had to wait and suffer and close the door to the balcony. For such a price, the restaurant next to the hotel could be better, and more variety, nothing special, you just pay for the location.

Forest Hotel is my current go-to option when visiting Kraków. It's in a peaceful location away from the city noise, yet very convenient if you're traveling by car. The rooms are spacious, with a dedicated workspace, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the on-site restaurant is really impressive.

The only downside is that parking isn’t included in the price, which feels a bit off given it’s not in the city center.

Lovely room, beautiful view and the area.

There was no curtain on one of the windows ( the tiny one). I noticed that in every room it was absent. So you can see what you or your neighbours are doing, because this window faces the same window of the neighbouring one, and it is located right beside the bed, in the morning the sun is shining right in your eyes. There is no safe box in the room either. It is allowed to smoke in the balcony, so you cannot open the window the smoke comes into your room(((

The location of the hotel is great - surrounded by a forest you can enjoy great views and listen to the birds. The room was big and comfortable.

Over email we have been given a 15% discount on the food in the fine dining restaurant nearby. However when we got there the restaurant would only honour a 10% discount. I understand that the T&C of the offer might have changed but then the email content should have been updated to save us an awkward conversation at the restaurant. At this standard of a hotel I would expect a proper shampoo to be provided. The body & hair product was absolutely atrocious on my hair.

The hotel room was more than we expected. It was spotlessly clean, cosy, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. At first we received a room next to the elevator, but the nice lady at the front desk was very kind and changed it at our request (I have a very light sleep and I can hear minimal noises even asleep). Overall, we had an amazing experience. Thank you Forest Hotel for the quality time spent here!

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the middle of the woods and close to an old castle. Conveniently close to Krakow (by car). Really interesting if you are 20th century architecture fan. Also the rooms are very tastefully decorated and are very comfortable. Breakfast are good, you won't be dissapointed. Staff very helpful. Overall highly recommended; great value for your money.

Paid parking is a bit strange thing considering the hotel is in the middle of the woods and you have no other parking options.

I got transfered to Zinar Castle becauce of the renovation in Forest Hotel. Zinar Castle is amazing piece of history and the rooms are renovated super well. Views from the balcony and from breakfast room are simply amazing. Staff noted my dog and cared about our stay utterly well. They even brough dog bed to the room.

There is fantastic forest right next to hotel but there were wild hogs so be careful with dogs.

Position, architecture, ambient, and energy is outstanding. Interaction with personal was pleasant and helpful. All in all beautiful experience.

I was so surprised with architecture, and art installations that I didn’t see anything that I didn’t like.
