We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the heart of Vilamoura Marina, Algarve. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the sea, pool, and marina.The facilities were outstanding, with plenty of excellent restaurant options and a lively beach bar by the pool that added a fun and relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast spread was superb, offering something for everyone.The swimming pool was gorgeous, and our room was spacious with a large, incredibly comfortable bed. The breathtaking beach view from our balcony made our stay even more memorable.

There were a few small areas that could be improved. The drinking glasses in our room were neither cleaned nor replaced during our stay, which was disappointing. The shower had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom sink did not filter well, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Hotel has contemporary decor and is high end in style. Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned daily .Spotlessly clean. Towels readily available. Fresh water to rooms every day. Bathroom s were well equipped.Staff were courteous and very helpful. Pool is spacious and gardens are really nice. Breakfast was really nice ,even though it is busy in dining room ,it never seemed chaotic as in other hotels.

We had booked facing ‘Marina ‘ view , but to note for anyone staying it is really noisy from local Bars even at 3 am and later. we would have been very happy on Marina side but We couldn’t sleep for first 2 night. As we were staying for full week we approached Reception for a change of location. After much persuasion on our part ,we were reluctantly given a room facing the sea . This proved obviously much quieter at night. 2 Single beds pushed together ( after absolutely specifying Large double when booking )why do they do this ?? Indoor pool water is freezing so was not an option.

The hotel, facilities and staff are excellent, cannot fault it / them at all. The pool area is so relaxing with excellent service. Breakfast is also outstanding. Updated plugs throughout the guest rooms for USB-C too!

The major dislike and the reason I will not visit the hotel again - and this is not a hotel direct issue - is the bar very close in the marina. Extremity loud music / shouting / singing until the early hours - every night! Bring earplugs or stay on the beach side of the hotel.

Our stay at Tivoli Marina was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking sea view and the hotel’s stunning architecture set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The food was exquisite, a true feast for the senses, and the warm, attentive receptionists made us feel instantly at home. The concierge services were top-notch, ensuring every need was met seamlessly. The pool was a tranquil haven, perfect for relaxation. Tivoli Marina is a true gem—we’re already dreaming of our next visit!

The ladies on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful! They helped me print and scan a document and even translate somethings which was lovely. The Argo bar was great and the pepper steakhouse we love this hotel have been twice and were pleased to be upgraded to the 7th floor again!

only think negative on this stay was two of the breakfast staff were a bit rude and miserable (one was blonde bluey green eyes) just a rude tone when asking for number of room and asking if we would want more food before they close you could tell she is sick of the job, but there was another brazillian girl on the welcome desk who was a lot more friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location if you wish access to the marina restaurants and bars, also just a short 15 minute walk to Quarteira which is less busy and slightly less expensive though there are still value for money bars and restaurants in Vilamoura if you look beyond the marina facing facilities. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very pleasant. Our room was spacious - the joining of the two twin beds made a massive double bed. The hotel had everything you could expect from a 4/5 star hotel. The bedroom windows however did rattle a lot in the wind. Our room faced the marina which meant our balcony was in shade most of the day which suited us as a respite from the sun. The pool was ok but not for "serious" swimming. The rush to reserve sun loungers at ridiculous hours in the morning was fun to watch though to be fair most were occupied for most of the day after breakfast. We did see staff removing a couple of towels etc but this was rare. We were happy to take a less stressful approach as there were plenty of loungers to go round though some perhaps not best located for pool access or with a parasol. The breakfast offering was very good and the staff again were very welcoming. We had a few drinks in the hotel and found pricing to be as expected.

More parasols would be a blessing. Fix the rattling windows.

The location of this hotel was perfect. When we entered the hotel lobby, it was spacious and vibrant. When we checked in, the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The reception and security staff overall were lovely, and each time you passed, they would say hello/goodbye they made you feel very welcome and safe. The room size was ideal for the 3 of us and the beds comfortable. The housekeeping staff are fantastic. Each time our room was cleaned, it was left impeccable. Beds made and fresh towels left after each visit. We were very impressed . The housekeeping team made the room feel so fresh after being out of a day/evening. The breakfast was brilliant, it had plenty of choice, and a great selection of food. The breakfast staff were lovely, so helpful and cheerful . The pool area outside was excellent. The pool staff were very good and attentive. Access to the beach behind was excellent if you wanted a break away from the hotel. Lovely views of the sea. I would like to add that the Glee boutique cafe in the hotel reception area is a must to visit . The cakes and chocolates are beautiful. Coming out of the hotel and walking down the steps towards the harbour that was lovely to see. The hotel is in a great location for the local bars and restaurants.

If I were to find fault, I'm afraid it would be the air conditioning in the room as it was quite loud and for the room to be cooler. The fridge wasn't very cold. There was no kettle in the room, disappointing if you wanted a cup of tea, they did have a coffee machine.

Fab location being on the marina & beach. Pool area lovely & spacious, waiter service around the pool & staff there were excellent. An abundance of sunbeds. Enjoyed the food at pool bar, Italian & Purobeach although sunbeds on the beach there are very pricey even as a hotel guest.

Rooms were disappointing. Paid extra for two sea view rooms & not worth it as noise from diggers working close by woke us every morning. Could not enjoy using the balcony in the mornings or early evening. Would have opted for a marina view room if known this. The sea view room on the second floor was more of a pool view. No kettle in the rooms - you have to request - very unusual for a 5 star hotel !! Water pressure in shower very poor.

We booked this hotel for our mini-moon. We had run and walked past it many times whilst staying in Quarteira. I had always wanted to stay at the Tivoli and my expectations were far surpassed. The hotel was everything we imagined and more. There are so many staff on hand to make you feel like you are the only person staying at the hotel. From the variety at breakfast to the lovely evening buffet, we simply could not fault this place. On one evening, there was only fish soup, but within 10 minutes we had a vegetarian option in front of us. On our last evening there was a live duo playing by the poolside, this was just beautiful. We used the cocktail lounge very evening to watch the sun go down over the marina in Vilamoura which was just heavenly. All of the staff were so attentive. I have to say a particular thank you to Lena, who was so lovely, friendly and welcoming. when I thanked her and told her she was great at her job, she sighed and said thank you, this is my first week! You would never have known! We loved every part of our stay, especially our room with views over the marina, where we enjoyed a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by. On our first evening, we even had a bottle of cha, page and strawberries left in our room to celebrate our wedding. This was a great touch. Thank you to everyone working at this hotel for making it such a special holiday. We will most certainly be back!
