Superb location and the staff were attentive whatever job they did.

1. You took €100 for EVERY day I was there as a limit. I didn't spend hardly any of it and now have to wait a number of days to get my money back. 2. You also wanted to charge me €7:50 to borrow your corkscrew to open a bottle of wine that had been bought for us as a gift!

Rooms, pool area, spa and coffee shop excellent.

Breakfast was really hit and miss, very loud area on days when too cold outside, some staff quite rude and or slow, egg service especially. Coffee the worst I have tasted I stopped drinking it after two days of trying!

We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it here. We had a sea view room, it was on the first floor - we would have liked a higher floor but it was still a beautiful view. The room and the entirety of the grounds were spotless and so grand. Breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant space was huge and spread out so it didn’t seem there was a time where it was at its busiest. The hotel is well staffed and each and every one we met were lovely and so hospitable! The pool area was exceptional, lots of space and the beds are regulated so that people couldn’t reserve beds at silly hours in the morning. The pool bar is the best we’ve had on holiday, the relaxing music and cocktail menu is beautiful. We spent a day at Purobeach too which was fantastic. We will be absolutely back, and for longer!

We saw two or three huge cockroaches in the room on isolated occasions, but the bf was able to take them outside

Location very good, and although we hadn't realised there was no "old town" some good places to eat were recommended and only a short uber ride away (which were very easy to get). The staff and people around were magnificently friendly & helpful. Superb breakfast selection.

Wholemeal bread and proper full fat greek yogurt would have made the breakfast 10/10. Small point but the hand held shower in the room had only a static fixing, would have been far better if it were moveable / flexible. Sun loungers weren't all that comfy - but worst of all was the invasive bass beat from the beach club and the incessant and fairly loud outside music around the pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the heart of Vilamoura Marina, Algarve. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the sea, pool, and marina.The facilities were outstanding, with plenty of excellent restaurant options and a lively beach bar by the pool that added a fun and relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast spread was superb, offering something for everyone.The swimming pool was gorgeous, and our room was spacious with a large, incredibly comfortable bed. The breathtaking beach view from our balcony made our stay even more memorable.

There were a few small areas that could be improved. The drinking glasses in our room were neither cleaned nor replaced during our stay, which was disappointing. The shower had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom sink did not filter well, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Hotel has contemporary decor and is high end in style. Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned daily .Spotlessly clean. Towels readily available. Fresh water to rooms every day. Bathroom s were well equipped.Staff were courteous and very helpful. Pool is spacious and gardens are really nice. Breakfast was really nice ,even though it is busy in dining room ,it never seemed chaotic as in other hotels.

We had booked facing ‘Marina ‘ view , but to note for anyone staying it is really noisy from local Bars even at 3 am and later. we would have been very happy on Marina side but We couldn’t sleep for first 2 night. As we were staying for full week we approached Reception for a change of location. After much persuasion on our part ,we were reluctantly given a room facing the sea . This proved obviously much quieter at night. 2 Single beds pushed together ( after absolutely specifying Large double when booking )why do they do this ?? Indoor pool water is freezing so was not an option.

The hotel, facilities and staff are excellent, cannot fault it / them at all. The pool area is so relaxing with excellent service. Breakfast is also outstanding. Updated plugs throughout the guest rooms for USB-C too!

The major dislike and the reason I will not visit the hotel again - and this is not a hotel direct issue - is the bar very close in the marina. Extremity loud music / shouting / singing until the early hours - every night! Bring earplugs or stay on the beach side of the hotel.

The ladies on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful! They helped me print and scan a document and even translate somethings which was lovely. The Argo bar was great and the pepper steakhouse we love this hotel have been twice and were pleased to be upgraded to the 7th floor again!

only think negative on this stay was two of the breakfast staff were a bit rude and miserable (one was blonde bluey green eyes) just a rude tone when asking for number of room and asking if we would want more food before they close you could tell she is sick of the job, but there was another brazillian girl on the welcome desk who was a lot more friendly and welcoming.

Room looked out onto the marina amazing location just does not get much better pool was fantastic breakfast in morning was very good and great service selection was amazing.

There are 4 lifts in hotel servicing the rooms these could do with a revamp seem very old and not in great condition. We had food at pool and there are two different restaurant operating at pool with different menus thought this a little strange. And you could not order something from menu if you were in one and wanted food something off other menu..
