The location was definitely convenient - being situated between Shimbashi station and Toranomon station meant that we could easily access various parts of Tokyo with the train. The area around the hotel was also quiet, but still within walking distance to 7-11 and Lawsons just around the corner. Closer towards the Shimbashi station, food options are aplenty. Room was spacious enough, for Tokyo standards. Good thing there was storage under the beds so we could stash our 2 huge check-in luggage and 2 cabin luggage underneath the bed. Bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable, had a good night's sleep for 6 nights. Appreciated that the water pressure and temperature could be controlled and that was great! For the amount we paid, we were very pleased with the room - value for money. Front desk staff also greeted us cheerfully whenever we were leaving/coming back for the day, they spoke sufficient English as well which made things easier for us.

The B Shimbashi is located in a central business district in Tokyo - great for catching the train for site seeing (about half an hour to places like Shibuya, Asakusa, Shimokitazawa, Ueno). There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are standard sized for Tokyo but not pokey. The staff are very kind and helpful, with good English.

Being in a business district, there was a little construction noise outside during the day. But this is not the fault of the hotel and the windows dampen the noise well. Also, it is not disruptive when you’re out exploring during the day!

I had a wonderful stay at B Shimbashi Toranomon. The complimentary coffee and croissants every morning were a lovely touch and a great way to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, with excellent English communication skills, making everything much easier for a non-Japanese speaker. Their willingness to assist, especially with luggage storage a day before check-in, was highly appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

The bed, however, was a bit too firm for my preference. Offering options for softer bedding or mattress toppers would enhance the comfort level. Additionally, a direct booking discount for returning guests would be a nice touch to encourage loyalty.

This hotel room was clean, quiet, with enough room to maneuver a suitcase around and with all the amenities I expected. The shower was large enough, and got hot enough for my liking.

Room cleaning was irregular. On check in, I was informed my room would be cleaned every 3 days. However, even if I was gone, my room was not cleaned on the 3rd or 4th day, I had to wait for the 5th. If you're looking to get work done, this hotel isn't the place. The WiFi could have been better and there's no chair with a back, only a stool. I don't like Shimbashi, but that's not this hotel's fault. In the evening, there's some touts in between the nearest major station and the hotel.

Great location. Tha shimbashi station has plenty of lines taking you everywhere. Also a walking distance to tokyo tower and the imperial palace. The staff was super helpful especially with shipping our luggage. Which is a service they provide. We were scared that the rooms will be too small but compared for let's say central london I think they were pretty convenient. Beds were hard but we liked it plus free coffee in the lobby was awesome. Will definitely be staying there again .

Excellent location walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. Short walk to the station where we caught the trains/subway all around Tokyo. Room small but you are in Tokyo. Great location to wxplore Tokyo from.

Nothing we had a great time.

Great value for the money. Room was compact (like in New York City). However, the space never felt cramped. The room was clean and bright. Really liked the large working desk. They have many outlets and usb in (great for charging devices). Really convenient light switches located right at the bedside.

I liked that the room had enough space for my family of five (2 adults and 3 young children. There was enough bed space but little walk way space. We were okay with it because we only were in the hotel for sleeping. The bathroom and shower was fine.

The room was a little tight but for Japan standard size it seemed normal. Everything else was pretty good.

It is still within walking distance to the Shimbashi station, and from there, Ginza, etc. Plenty of food options and izakayas. Some of the ramen stalls are to die for.

Small window so not much of natural light, but this is the normal for business hotel in Tokyo. There's no free bottled water, so remember to get your own in the nearby convenience store.

The lobby has a large table and seating which allows for map reading or just using one,'s phone. Appreciated the complimentary croissant and coffee in the morning.

Room was very small. Nowhere to put personal items. No night table or drawers for clothing. Need to put suitcases flat under the bed or else bumping onto them all the time. Then need to pull them out every time you need to get something.
