We were travelling and stopped here for one night. This Hilton is across the street from out favorite restaurant in Sibiu, Jacob Grillhouse, and after 11 1/2 hours of driving it was the perfect place to stay and just walk across the street for dinner. We had a suite, it was nice and spacious, and a balcony and my wife loves having a balcony when we stay at a hotel. Internet was great, the bed was great, check in was great. all of the staff was great, breakfast in the morning was very good and offered a wide variety of food selections. They have a nice onsite parking lot too.

We liked everything.

Exceptional. Not too close to the city, so if you like green scenery, forests etc. then this is the perfect spot. I also liked that I could park my car right in front of the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff, and a hotel I stayed at twice while traveling to Bucharest.

In my first stay, WiFi kept going down, but in my second stay it was all good. At the same time, it would have been very nice to have the sauna open at least around 10am, so people can go there in the morning as well (it opens at 12:30, so after checkout unfortunately). No doorman. No parking valet. None of these mattered to me anyway.

Nice looking hotel, with beautiful Christmas decorations, large room and comfortable.

The pool was deep enough to be standing on your toes, but did not had any bar all around it, so it was dificult to go around it and feel safe/comfortable. No charger in the bathroom which was quite unusual for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was not included in the rate and you had to pay an extra 85 Ron/person if you want to have it. The restaurant where we had dinner was kitchen understaffed and we got our food 2 hours after we arrived.

The hotel is local near the Zoo, which was perfect for us. We liked the pool , the elevators with glass walls and the friendly staff. Our room had 2 baths and access to Executive Lounge and we liked that. Breakfast was also good, although I would have appreciated more vegan options.

The room was a bit outdated and not sparkling clean ( cigar box on the balcony, stained old carpet ,an adherence layer in the bathtub that collected dust and unstable toilet lids). Although we were 3 ( 2 adults and 1 child) and the space was big, the sofa was not turned into a bed and I saw no additional sheets, so basically a lot of extra space for nothing. The room temperature was very low and we couldn’t get it to rise not even with the AC on. Lastly, at their restaurant it took a lot of time to get the food and it was not that tasty, which was a big disappointment considering the prices.

Good Hotel not far away from Astra Museum and the Zoo, 15 minutes ride by car from the old city center. Good spa and nice pool.

Personal friendly but a little bit confused sometimes through the bad romanian language skills. In my opinion is not normal to work in romania and know only englisch, not a problem for the young generation but for some can be hard.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived late in the day but had no problems with the check-in. The rooms are a good size and each room has everything and anything you'd need for your vacation: a comfortable king-size bed, two very comfortable armchairs, a desk setup with a swivel chair, etc. The decor might not be to everyone's taste but there are plenty of pictures to get you ready for what you're getting. The spa is spectacular. There's a large swimming pool (suitable for kids as well, due to one end being more shallow), a jacuzzi, 4 different spas (Finnish, aromatherapy, infrared, steam), 2 relaxation rooms, a tea area, and several private massage rooms. I have mixed feelings (but positive) about the location because it's quite far from the city center (about a 10-15 minute drive) but it's very close to the Zoo and Astra Outdoors Museum. Overall I think it's still a great location, especially if you're looking for fresh air, quietness, and relaxation.

About the rooms: We had some technical issues with our room and the response was that if it breaks completely, we're entitled to a room change. Although that's a great offer, it seems that the maintenance person already knew about the issue and it hadn't been fixed for a while. I would prefer that a hotel such as Hilton wouldn't offer rooms where they know there are issues, in the first place. About the spa: The jacuzzi felt a little underwhelming because there are only a few water jets and their power is quite low. The slippers offered by the hotel are a health hazard as the spa floor is very slippery when wet. I'd recommend guests use their own slippers (preferably a pair that does well on slippery surfaces).

The Room was perfect! I didn't go this time for Breakfast, as it was closing too early at 10:30AM and preferred an early Lunch at "Camara Boierului". The Pool is very good as well.

1. The English Bar was closed! What a shame for such a great Hotel not to have a Bar open over the weekend! 2. In my opinion, Breakfast should be included in the Room Price!

Very clean hotel, nice facilities like pool, SPA etc.

Needs updates. The carpets need to be changed or better profesional cleaning. ( are clean, but full of dirty spots that doesn’t look good for a 5 stars hotel). In our bathroom at least we didn’t have hands soap and shower gel when we arrived, the hand towel hanger was broken. Also the makeup mirror almost broken, and a few other little touches that need improvement in a five star hotel.

Lovely room, an amazing international bathroom with a bidet, the bed was outstanding. Great breakfast with plenty of options for intolerances such as gluten and dairy. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool was smaller than expected and packed with children screaming and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Parents uninterested , we left after a few minutes

The hotel was modern and comfortable, with a good breakfast. The facilities seemed good, with a well equipped spa and gym in the basement. The hotel staff were capable and friendly.

It was a little disappointing that the bar was closed for refurbishment, the hotel is on the main road into Brasov, so a room on the front can be a little noisy. But these are minor points.
