Convenient location to Paya Lebar Square and MRT station. Very clean room. Shower was good. Good parking space. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonably priced in-house restaurant.

Bed is a little softer to my liking. Lighting in the room is a little insufficient, there should be an option for ot to be a little brighter. It is a little darder than expected during the day in the room. The opening of the window isn't big, part of the glass window is either tinted or darker due to exterior dust (construction site next to it).

The room was better than expected, the staff on arrival were friendly and answered all our questions. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed and the room was the perfect size for 2. The laundry facilities downstairs were an added bonus, the breakfast on level 2 was adequate and had enough on offer.

Logging into the Wi-Fi everyday, it's a small thing but every time I moved around the hotel it needed me to re-log into it.

For the price, I thought the room was going to be small. It turned out great. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job to clean the room everyday during our stay. The nearest MRT and mall are just 10 mins walk from the hotel. We'll definitely stay at Aqueen Hotel again. Thank you for the hospitality. Had a great stay here.

The location is very convincing

The internet is terrible, previously have no this issue, but the internet is keep dropping, sometime drop more than 20times a day! Super terrible internet, not only this, the bathroom really need to refurnish, the the water pressure is good, but the shower head maybe stuck 60% only 40% of hole is supply the water🙄

I had already been guested at Aqueen and there was some decay related to room organization and breakfast. The former lacks amenities, with smaller rooms at the same price as bigger ones. The latter now offers fewer options, with lower quality.

Location is fantastic and super convenient. There's just a petrol kiosk opposite with a minimart operating 24hrs everyday. Train station and 3 malls are just a short 5-10mins walk away with lots of food options and amenities.

The room is barely functional in terms of size but it isn't inhabitable. The location and good service from the staff makes up for the room size. Only thing that might be unbearable to some is the sound proofing of the walls and doors. Noise from public walkways and room doors slamming are quite loud and audible.

Comfortable bed, very good breakfast, unfortunately there is no swimming pool on the roof, it was undergoing renovation. The air conditioning worked. The service was nice, depending on the person on shift.

We spent 8 nights in this hotel and when I asked for an extension of the day for an additional fee so that we could take a shower before our departure in the middle of the night, we were refused to extend the room. This is the first time a hotel refuses to extend the stay for an additional fee😊

The hotel management and team had given their best to accommodate the needs of the guests on arrival. They were professional and efficient. It was a smooth, efficient and hassle free process upon check-ins and during check-outs. My family, friends and I like the stay at this hotel. The hotel is new, cozy, clean and comfortable. The room has ample space for us to perform our prayers (for Muslims). And the hotel amenities and furniture is complete and excellent for a stay there. It is about 10 to 15 minutes walk down few traffic lights to Paya Lebar MRT station and few local malls (depends on the age group that is walking and depends on how fast one walks). Well done! Perhaps, they could consider to provide 1) a 2 cards-room per room instead of 1 card-room per room and 2) a 15 minutes or 20 minutes gap feeder bus service from Aqueen hotel to Paya Lebar MRT and vice versa for the hotel guests privileges. Location is exceptional, short walking distance to MRT station, Paya Lebar Square, SIngpost Centre, and PLQ Mall. Rooms are small but adequate and cozy. Check-in was a breeze. There is also a minibar fridge in the rooms.

Frontdesk staff were not warm and forthcoming. The elevator is irredeemably slow. My spouse complained that the bed is a bit on the harder side, but I found it comfortable. Perhaps the least favourite aspect is the soundproofing of the rooms. Sometimes when other gests open their room doors, it feels like it is your room's. The tap water in the washroom was very strong and loud. You can even hear when the neighbour is using theirs.
