Excellent location, clean and new facilities, excellent staff who were always more than happy to help.

Limited pool space. There was an event on in the pool area during our stay. This meant we could only use the pool for 2 hours, which was surrounded by people attending the event (lots of poolside photoshoots). It didn't make for a relaxing time. The hotel should inform guests of these types of things ahead of our stay so we can decide if we wish to continue to stay at the hotel.

Its location was very central to all the activities we undertook. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, if a little on the compact side. The bed was very comfortable d we slept very well. The pool area was delightful, the towels fluffy and luxurious and the bar service friendly and efficient.

There was not enough space in the bathroom to put your toiletries out. The towels were very thin, surprisingly for a hotel of this quality. They really should be of similar quality to those of the pool. There was no place in the either the bathroom or bedroom where you could find adequate light to put your makeup on. While a beautiful space, like so many modern hotels a little more thought could be given to room int he bathroom and main room to comfortably unpack.

This is a really amazing hotel. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are well designed and presented, and they really make you feel good. The rooftop bar with the pool made my whole holiday.

Breakfast is a little bit underwhelming. Staff was fantastic here as well, but some food tasted a bit stale (e.g. French toast, cruffle). A freshly made waffle would have made all the difference. Don't get me wrong, the bar is super high and I thouroughly enjoyed the breakfast, but given how amazing the hotel is, that's the one thing that could with some improvements.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. I loved the fact it has a rooftop pool and a separate work out area. Those were the reasons I booked it, mainly for the rooftop pool 😀. At check in they extended my check out time from 12:00 by quite a few hours since my flight was at 22:35 in the night. I was so happy because it did make a huge difference. I had just come off a 9.5 hr flight and was to board a 13 hour one the next day. Trendy, vertical hotel. Breakfast was also good.

This is a very chic modern hotel where they have made the best of the space they have. We loved our room, the decor was lovely and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The shower was a good size and everything was super clean. In terms of facilities, we only used the pool and the pool bar, both were lovely with a great view of the city - if you're an early bird go and enjoy the pool as the sun comes up. The staff at the pool bar were really friendly and the cocktails were delicious- the frozen expresso martini was fantastic. Great location, we walked most places but it is close to the MRT.

Unfortunately, the sound of the jungle ballroom music vibrated through our room. My husband is a heavy sleeper so he did not notice but I'm a lighter sleeper and didn't get off to sleep until about 2am. Luckily the club is closed on a Sunday and Monday night otherwise I would have requested we be moved.

Lovely spacious room, with comfortable desk area to work, extremely clean & luxurious feeling. The pool is small but perfect for a dip and a couple of laps with a great view of the city and the staff are very attentive around the poolside beds with beverages and snacks or umbrellas which is what happened to me! The staff are so nice around the hotel, greeting you and making you feel very welcome. I wasn't feeling great the first night and stayed in the hotel for dinner at bottega di carne which was amazingly vegan friendly! Thank you to the chefs and staff for accomodating me!

I had spent over the credit card deposit, which you would think they would be happy about, but instead I woke up to 2 letters from management, one at 07:30 and the other at 08:30 asking me to go to the reception. I was obviously a bit confused about this, I had another day left in my stay and presumed I would just settle up at the end... And when I went to reception this is what they explained to me this would happen so again, I don't understand the reason for waking up to 2 letters asking to contact reception.

New and stylish hotel with a perfect location, close to many different restaurants and bars in Telok Ayer and Chinatown, you can reach everything by foot

We booked the hotel in order to relax at the beautiful rooftop pool but were not told that you have to book your sunbed in advance and that you can only stay at the pool for 2 hours a day…

This hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the metro, making exploring Singapore incredibly easy. Our Skyline Room offered superb views that truly enhanced our stay. The room itself was exceptionally well-equipped, spotless, and incredibly comfortable – it met all our needs perfectly. The breakfast was also outstanding, truly a cut above what you find in most other hotels. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful. And of course, the rooftop pool with its panoramic views is simply unbeatable. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on our next visit to Singapore!

Really enjoyed our stay, and felt valued as a guest throughout our time there. All the hotel staff were attentive, welcoming and helpful. The room was always tidy and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and the view from the pool was as spectacular as the photos. The location was ideal, it’s close to everything we needed and the surrounding area is very trendy with excellent bars and restaurants that were great to explore.

Our originally booked room was a king view room but we discovered that it wasn’t of the CBD skyline as expected. We were kindly upgraded to a room with that view, but perhaps the photos while booking were a little misleading.

What i liked about this place is that the staff was really friendly and helpful even the cleaning crew great you when you pass by , The room was SO clean and the location was absolutely perfect u can go for a walk in china town and explore it , There’s a lot of great cafes and coffee shops there’s this one coffee place “cloud “ it’s really nice to grab your morning coffee, There’s complementary cookies(which aren’t so good 🥲)and water the cleaning crew brings more the next day Overall a nice place to stay

There’s a lot of bars around the hotel which I don’t mind but they play really loud music till very late at night so if you’re planning to wake up early to explore the city or you’re there for business idk how to feel about that. We didn’t try their breakfast because they said it’s a”semi buffet” for 49 per pax ,no thank you. We had breakfast at the restaurant down at the first lobby.it was okay (I’d recommend you go cafe hunting ),Also there’s no bidet in the bathroom :) and the room is soo small but I guess u could say it’s “cozy” hehe
