Overall a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Clean, tidy and excellent for location

Pool area could be better catered for. There was a lack of attendance around the pool

The rooms are large and clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower with excellent amenities. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful. Breakfast was great but limited selection. Very close to MRT station which was easy to navigate.

The walls are thin and we had to move rooms because the person next door would have the TV on all night. The staff was very accommodating and got us another room.

The location was great, close to most things. Not a far walk to marina bay. Very close to China Town. The bed was very comfortable.

the bed linen were so soft which was beyond my expectation. room was fully prepared. most of all, staffs are very helpful.

The rooms are recently renovated and are very nice. The staff were very accommodating and set up the shower for me in the changing room for me to shower many hours after checkout.

There is no lobby as it's being renovated (till the end of 2022 from what i was told).

near Tanjong Pagar MRT, lots of food nearby hotel. The room is newly renovated, clean and spacious.

The biggest and best room we had on a month long holiday. Bed and pillows were so nice. Staff were very helpful.

The lobby was under renovation so hard to find the entrance but once in your room, it was excellent.

the central location made it a pleasant experience to get food. the room was quite spacious too

the fact that the access card for the lift is different to the room access. would have preferred for it to be combined into one common access
