Very central in Barcelona. Everything from buss, train, metro, taxi, cinema, several large shopping malls are a few minutes away. Several restaurants just around the corner. Parking outside, green areas in front for a walk and lots to choose. 20 minutes by train to the airport. Got room on 7th floor with amazing view and a little sweet surprise to eat 🥰 Freshly made omelets right infront of you, freshly made healthy juice shots, churros and traditional Spanish omelets are just some of amazing stuff you can enjoy on breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean. Enough space and the bed was comfy. The staff was super nice and helpful. Verry positive.

Still don’t like the moving chairs in breakfast area but there is a lot of other chairs to sit and enjoy your meal on. A lot of different food to enjoy. Not so much og vegetables as I prefer but the buffet is still something you should not miss if you visit the hotel.

Very poor security in the hotel euro takes me some one 17/03/2024 Sunday around 06:00 pm me and my friends going to my room from Looby to lift some ( he and she) one follow me and ask some help me and my friend and come to my room He and she threatened me and my friend to take cash 5000 euro in a bag Afterwards I will go to the hotel lobby and compliment the hotel manager, I ask to see the camera and you identify if you know the person, but she is told to go to the police and compliment to above Next day our flight That is reason no compliment rasise the above matter

Very clean and hygienic, good staff and food

They forced me to give them my credit card number "for security", in case we damage the room. Not only is this extremely distrustful, but as a cybersecurity worker, they have stored my card number on an insecure database. Even if it was secure, and I assure you that it isn't, there are maybe a hundred people with legitimate access to it ...desk staff, supervisors, management, IT staff, perhaps ordinary employees. PLUS, it only takes ONE bad password for it to be a free for all at my data. They probably use a remote backup service, as they should do, and staff at that company has legitimate access to it too! They have increased my cyber threat by at least 100-fold, and perhaps even 1,000-fold.

The hotel is amazing. Location from the train station is great. Staff are always very friendly. My room was upgraded again which is amazing. I usually rate everything about this hotel as excellent, . I would have this time apart from one thing I will put in the didnt like.

Its the only time I have ever noticed it so maybe it was something in the room or the rooms location but I had a constant humming noise. Almost like the ac units were above that room and I could hear the fans going. Made it a little hard to drop off but great night's sleep after I did.

Booking system is terrible. Needs computer update. I booked three rooms under my name for our family group. It took forever for check-in staff to find them. Payment system was equally difficult with one person telling me I still needed to pay 600 Euros. There was also no way to print a receipt for payment. The last time I booked here, I got charged for a double booking because of the flawed online system. Not a staff problem. Staff are very helpful and work with a bad system.

We liked the location, right above the Train and Metro station (when you get off the train just follow the 'H' signs to the hotel - no need to go out of the main exit like we did!). The hotel was lovely and clean and we can't fault it, but next time we will book smaller hotels as the windows in high rises obviously don't open and it felt like there wa a lack of fresh air. The air con worked well though and was very quiet.

The Space theme! Never been anywhere like it before. I suppose it is great for kids but wish I had read the descriptions a little more closely as I would have booked somewhere a bit more normal!

The room was clean and the king bed ( rare in Spain ) comfortable. The location for us was great because we had a train to catch the next morning and the hotel Is above the train station.

I did not like their breakfast buffet compared to the night before where we stayed at the Hyatt and the breakfast was awesome. They had a person making eggs but it did not have much ingredients. And the choice weren’t that great in my view. The coffee from a machine do yourself was not very good and a good coffee is important.

I loved the experience in Barceló Sants. At check-in the female employee (don't know her name...) was super nice and friendly, she upgraded us for a better room because there weren't any available rooms with the conditions we booked initially, but it ended up being a perfect room as well. The room was spacious with a very nice view to the whole city, also comfortable. It had a mini fridge, kettle and coffee and tea, a big TV, and a closet. You could tell the hotel worries about the environment with little messages to remind you to save (but in a creative way, for example, in the shower). Great location, right next to the train and metro station.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, quiet, and a perfect temperature. The location at the train station was an ideal hub for us to travel to our orienteering races. The build-your-own breakfast omelet and home made yogurt with fruit and nuts were standouts in a delicious buffet. The gym was also well thought out with a good range of modern equipment.

We liked everything, even the checkin process went well. The Hotel signs in the station were a little far apart but we found our way. The views are not great because there is a major infrastructure project underway, refurbishing the plaza. When that is complete this location will be even better.

Location location location... public transport is underneath the hotel (lift access) and taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Main attractions such as Sagrada Familia, La Rambla are short distance away on the metro, very convenient. The reception area is quite big, love their big round table for people to sit with a drink or two while waiting to check in. The hotel is quite nice and clean, bedding is comfortable, would recommend tourists to stay if public transport is one of your top necessary amenities

Staff are not as friendly, one staff got really angry with me because I didn't preregister online, which I had communicated with them pre arrival that I couldn't because the link wasn't working, and the hotel replied back saying they can register our group on-site. She was so angry and bad mouthed the situation to her colleague standing next to her, not knowing that I could guess what's happening. A word of advice, if you want to say negative things about your customer who is standing in front of you, go to the back office to do so, because there are people who can speak your language outside of Spain and who happen to look like Asians. Your customers just had a very long flight from the other side of the world, they definitely don't need your attitude
