Travelled here to be close to a business conference at another local hotel. The hotel has recently changed name from Grand Luxor to Sheraton Four Points. The local road signs still say Grand Luxor and our Uber driver got confused as to where to go (the main entrance was closed and you have to go around the back). The hotel was very quiet. It's off-season and they were still refurbishing by the look of it. Having said that, it did not affect us. The staff were great - although they got confused by my booking for 2 rooms for myself and a colleague and gave us one room with a double bed. That was soon sorted and 2 rooms were provided. They then charged be for both rooms before I realised they had all been paid for at time of booking. They very quickly arranged a refund and all was well. The room was nice - you get either a rear/mountain facing room with a balcony or a front/sea facing one. Clean room with lovely linen. Big bathroom with twin sinks, walk in shower and separate toilet cubicle. Aircon very good. WiFi was a bit hit and miss though. Didn't use the restaurant except for breakfast, which was very good with hot food, pastries, ham/cheese etc. Staff were excellent. Due to being at the other hotel most of the time we never really looked around that much. They do have 2 pools, a mini golf and a gym. There is a theme park directly behind the hotel, a bit like a mini Alton Towers (log flume and roller coaster). We got free tickets but never got to use them. Overall, it suited us really well for business use. It's a way out of town but if you don't want to be in Benidorm `central`, it's a really nice location on the hills. Airport transfer is about 40 mins and costs €85 with Uber and about €100 with a taxi. Would happily stay here again.

Not a lot. Just need to be aware that their booking system may not a aligned with Bcom so just make sure you have proof of booking and that you have paid!

This was the best 4-star hotel we’ve stayed at so far — truly fantastic in terms of value for money. The food was exceptional and plentiful. The room rate even included tickets to Terra Mítica, which was a great bonus. The rooms were stylish and well-equipped. The staff were all incredibly friendly and always smiling — such a welcoming atmosphere for families.

The sofa bed was unfortunately not suitable for sleeping — it felt like sinking into a crater. Also, it would be great to have at least a small playground on the hotel grounds that children could use outside the amusement park’s opening hours.

The rooms were a really great size. We were in a sea view room that had a double sofa and that would comfortably fit a family of 4. The access to Terra Mitica and other theme parks saved us over €300! Staying half board was the best option for us as we were out in the day. Great pools but not enough loungers for the amount of guests but it was mid-August so was very busy! Centrally located to explore both Old Town Benidorm and Benidorm centre. We preferred Old Town as it felt a little more traditional with cobbled streets and little alleyways with lots of lovely little tapas bars to stop, mixed in amongst the markets and other shops. Really great parking at the hotel too. Loads of choice for food at meal times, plenty and good quality and always seemed fresh.

Meal times were extremely busy! Some of the meals meant scrabbling for a table and queues for food where long.

Breakfast, but some hot items were not that hot. But you are spoilt for choice with the food. Evening meal, plenty of choice. Room was great, apart from the sofa which has the covering was coming off. Had a Sea view room. Fantastic views of the area. The whole hotel was a good surprise, and looked like a 5 star, and reminds me of vegas with egyptian style

Trying to give honest feedback Morning food, hot items were not that hot. The sofa in the room which has the covering coming off. Looks like its been scratched by cats. My guess is sun tan lotion affecting the material Told staff, didn't seem that worried. Tiles missing in pool, not many but wasn't worried by this. Being an ex pool cleaner, was surprised to see black algae on the grout. This is the main pool. It is hard to get rid off. Water was clear.

Beautiful hotel and rooms . Everywhere was spotlessly clean . Lovely relaxing vibe with a luxurious feel . The use of Terra Mitica and Mundomar were why we booked it and it didn’t disappoint. Will definitely be back !

The restaurant for breakfast and evening meal was absolute chaos and spoiled the experience slightly . Lots of pushing and shoving and struggles to find a table no matter what time we arrived . The staff worked extremely hard in a tricky situation !

Hotel was beautiful, Our room was 10/10, Breakfast was one of the best I ever had the choice was unbelievable. Will definitely return..

The bar and staff for evening entertainment at pool was very disappointing it wasn't that busy couldn't get a drink. The staff haven't a clue how to serve drinks, plenty of staff standing around no service whatsoever so we left, that was our only fault. So we didn't wait to see evening entertainment. My granddaughter was disappointed

As good as it can be- if you want to be away from the crowd at the beach. Everything nice and good with the hotel. Good variety at the breakfast

Only thing is that it was a long waiting for the waiters to take order at the restaurant, although the waiters were always nice. This could probably be fixed with organised system that is something for the hotel to look at

We love everything about it: 1) spacious parking FREE 2) outside pools FREE (heated water) 3) excellent breakfast and dinner if you order halfboard 4) Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Aqualand - FREE entrance And Terra Mitica is a stone‘s through away. 5) magnificent views of Benidorm FREE. 6) photos with posh cars in front of the main entrance FREE. C‘mon it‘s a great hotel. We love it

We left our kid‘s vest and it has never been found. The lost and found office could be better.

It’s a special place.

They need a curtesy bus. We were arriving by bus and going to Benidorm Palace Show. We had to get 4 taxis to do this costing €60 b4 any food or drinks. Where as a curtesy bus would b nothing to them, even at a small fee. Plus we never got back to hotel until 1.30 in morning as everyone was stopping taxis after show. So it would stop us booking there again. And I know all our friends wouldn’t pay this either.

Great hotel but breakfast was good at weekend s when spanish were in Big big big problem was transport to benidorm no public transport I stayed in many hotel outside twon and ther was transport by hotel at certain times this is the problem we have taxies were 30 euros a day
