We like this hotel because it is conveniently located near the BTS Stations. In between O Nut Bts and Bang Chak BTS stations. There are lots of restos nearby, massage center, 7 eleven just nearby a few minutes walk, Night Market and the Bang Chak Square. We didn't use the hotel facilities because our room is more than enough for us. We booked the Duplex Queen Room and it was equipped with kitchenette which is very nice. Clean bathroom, Washing Machine and a small living area. The staff are nice too. They allowed us for a late check-out which is a plus for us. Definitely, I can recommend this hotel to our friends and family. And since, My wife and I always keep coming back to Bangkok, we found the place that provides us what we need.

Since, it's a loft style duplex the bedroom area was above. If you feel the nature call in the middle of the night or during wee hours you need to go down the stairs because the toilet is under the bedroom area. It might cause you to lose the sleep. This place is not advisable to older couple or those with knee problems. But, you might want to check also their other rooms that will suit your needs. But, overall we like this place. We experienced the quiteness and privacy that we needed to relax for a few days.

The hotel is situated in a great locality, with easy access to both Bang Chak and On Nut BTS stations on the Sukhumvit line. The property itself was great and was exactly as expected from the photos. The room was a duplex, with a sitting area, small kitchenette, minibar and bathroom on the ground floor with just the bed and a wardrobe on the floor above. We got a room on the 25th floor and the wallsize windows gave us an amazing view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were adequate.

The breakfast available at the property is quite limited so we opted to eat outside on most days, but that isn't a deal breaker since we didn't pre-pay for the breakfast anyway. The wardrobe being on the floor above with the bathroom on the floor below was mildly inconvenient and would be the only reason why I rate the property a 9 instead of a 10.

I would like to start with the check-in process which was good and thereafter the staff was exceptionally well versed with guest's requirement. Breakfast was good and they even served Halaal meal couple days while we stayed there. Bonus !! Bellman Nan has always greeted us with pleasant smile and has been great help with assisting us with transportation and guided us with everything. Recommended us good places to visit, suitable for kids. Thank you Nan and wish him best of luck with his future endeavors. Very Good Man Nan. I hope to see him again when i go back most probably in Dec and hopefully in better position.

One thing i must say, delay in delivering the drinking water to the room.

Location was decent, if you like staying a little away from Bkk Central, and it’s near 2 BTS stations. The duplex was fun and more uncommon to find. The pool wasn’t big but very swimmable.

Bathroom was relatively small and not so easy to manoeuvre. Lighting was mediocre and the living room deserved a standing lamp, otherwise it gets quite dark.

Reception staff all are incredibly helpful. Car park security guy is always cheerful and greets you.

I liked it but some improvements could make it even better. Breakfast - understaffed, poor service, room is too small for the volume of guests, and ran out of food choices. Pool location noisy due to.proximity to road. I couldnt see any pool towels. Only 4 loungers.

Big comfortable room (we had the two bedroom); plenty of space for 2 adults and 2/3 kids. Rooftop bar/restaurant and another downstairs. We got 15% off F&B and felt these were good value for money. 5 minutes walk to BTS On Nut. 7/11 etc nearby. Comfortable stay and staff were friendly. Good value for money in Bangkok.

Pool was out front on Sukhumvit side next to car park - not ideal for us but some might not mind.

It was situated a little way from the “centre” of Bangkok, however there was a BTS station only 5-8 minutes away, which could easily connect to the metro (making a journey from BKK airport very easy). There was also plenty of options local for food, malls, etc. The facilities were great with a great variety of equipment in the gym. The staff were also very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

If I’m going to be picky, the lighting was a little bit too dim in the rooms but there was nothing important that was bad.

You really get the value of your money. We booked a loft type duplex room and my family and I loved it so much. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Bonus part is the view. It's also near to the other roof top attractions in BKK.

Maybe the variations of breakfast everyday. The mains are different, but the pastries are the same. However, overall, the breakfast were amazing.

Rooms are exceptional, cleaned every single day, washing machine with built in dryer. The duplex gave a feel of an apartment rather than staying in a hotel. I loved the room so much in returning next week for another week.

Make sure you put a do not disturb sign on your door because I had a cleaner let herself in at 08:30 and shout up the stair until she woke me up and I came down only to ask me if I wanted my room cleaned. Other than that, it's a really great place.

Nice location - with lookout of the city. Spacious - with the option to prepare own meals. Restaurant serves quality meals at reasonable prices.

Payment with credit card, but NO MENTION of +5% markup - GUESTS BEWARE!!! L-shaped pool makes it difficult to get a proper lap in. No porter to help with luggage on checkout.
