View was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The free shuttle across the river was a great bonus giving us easy access to the mall and the skytrain. The location is perfect.

Not your fault but the taxi driver to airport cheated us. Your team told us to add the cost of the toll way to the price of the taxi whcih we gave him and then he never took the tollway but kept the money. I suggest your staff tell clients to give the driver the toll way money at the point at which the taxi actually pays for it otherwise they will not take the tool way and will keep the money.

Great location and views.

Fridge not working and no minibar. Phones didn’t always dial to reception, took minutes to answer. Bright flashing light on the ceiling and had to cover it. Maybe just a bit old and tired. All these not super hard to sort out. If price was better would still highly recommend.

Typical 5 stat hotel, good location on river with free boat to huge shopping mall across the river. Solid breakfast with good view. Pools and gym very good. $8 taxi ride to all interesting temples, party areas, and night markets. Starbucks next door as well as a pharmacy. Beds very comfortable. Shower pressure good and safe flooring. 7-11 3 minute walk for cheap water and soft drinks. Would def stay again.

Front desk staff could have been more accommodating and less condescending.

Lovely large rooms, good value hotel. Two brilliant swimming pools, although the water was a little too hot to swim in (partly because the weather was 39C). The gym also has excellent top-of-the-range equipment. A huge range of breakfasts to choose from (European, American, Japanese, Chinese, Thai).

The lobby was always packed with big groups of people travelling together and there was often a queue for the reception desk. The breakfast room was so packed and there was often a queue of people to get in to breakfast. It felt a little overcrowded.

This is my second time staying here for a staycation. I love the place and the location. However, this time I felt that some quality standards had dropped compared to my last visit. For example, it seems like the staff didn’t fully check if all the room facilities were working properly — my table lamp wasn’t functioning, some plugs didn’t work. Additionally, some of the front desk staff didn’t seem interested in assisting Thai customers. I asked a few questions about BonVoy points, but they acted like they just wanted to end the conversation quickly.

The hotel's location on the riverbank is excellent. The hotel has a free boat service all day long to the other side of the river to the shopping center and the airstrip station. The hotel is a slightly old-fashioned luxury hotel. The staff is really friendly and professional. The public areas are stylish and in good basic condition. The riverside terrace and restaurants had been renovated since my last visit. The hotel has really good restaurant services. The pool areas are sufficient and well maintained. Good-sized rooms and excellent beds. Room cleaning is good. A varied basic breakfast.

The hotel as a whole is a bit old-fashioned. The public areas are in good condition, but the rooms could use some new decoration. The rooms are worn out. The breakfast restaurant is noisy and unsettled, the interior is like a gas station.

Room had a fabulous view and was large and comfortable. Location is great for exploring Talad Noi artsy area in Bangkok. We enjoyed being able to easily hop on the river taxi and travel up to the temples. Also could easily take a boat to the large mall across the river

Too many steps and stairs. Not accessible-friendly if you have any knee or hip problems. Even to go to breakfast you had to go up and down steps multiple times because the buffet areas are over 2 separate areas and to gain entrance to the restaurant itself required a set of stairs. Bar area also required steps -- and the persons working in that area for the duration of the stay could use training on hospitality services. Notably different from the other 5 hotels we stayed in during our 6 week trip to thailand. I wouldn't normally criticize staff but because it was such a difference to the exceptional service we encountered in every other place in thailand want to bring it to your attention.

The room felt bigger than the photos online. The bed was super comfortable, amazing views of the river 24/7, the staff was attentive-- they noticed we were drinking all 4 bottles of water left in the room, so they started leaving 6 bottles. The whole hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. I extremely valued the ferry that takes you directly from the hotel's pier, to the ICONSIAM mall across the way. It's a 5 minute journey and so convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and they took care of our luggage upon arrival and departure. Very professional atmosphere as they try to make things comfortable for every guest. The location was perfect. It was a 15-20 minute walk from China Town, there are two 7/11's nearby, along with many other restaurants within walking distance.

Our room had like 10 light switches that made no sense to us as far as their location. Also the charging outlets seemed to charge everything if you had the lights on, but only one thing with them off. This made charging things a rotating game.

We had a marvelous stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton. Our favorite thing was having a direct view of the river and the IconSiam Mall. It was endlessly entertaining with the beautifully lit boats going up and down the river in the evenings. The hotel provides a frequently scheduled ferry service to both IconSiam and the Central Pier (Sathorn). Our room was large with a desk & chair plus a relaxing chair with ottoman. The bathroom had a deep tub for rewinding after a day of sightseeing. Next doorstaff was friendly and helpful and they even brought in a hotel safe for our room and installed it within 15 minutes of asking. Next to the hotel is a mall with various shopping choices and outside the mall is a 7-11 mini market and a pharmacy. A good wifi service was available without any dropouts during our 8 night stay.

The water temperatures in the shower fluctuated quickly from hot to cold making showering an unpleasant ordeal. The TV choices were of medium quality. I wish they had streaming set up for Netflix etc.

The staff were attentive, the made sure you were comfortable and were great at explaining how to get where we needed to go. The view of the river was lovely, even more so at night. They had a little boat to take you to Iconsiam and Sothron Pier which is close to BTS station. Next door there is a pier where the boats can take you to the grand palace and Wat Arun. And there are taxis/tuk tuks at the front..

There were alot of stairs. If I could up grade 1 thing more in house transport...I know half the fun is getting lost in the city but it would have made my stay waaay better if I didn't get overrun by people asking if I need a ride or trying to get me to go to the floating market.
