I was there 9 days. Since I had two consecutive major surgeries, I was accompanied by my friend. To say that the staff was excellent is an understatement. The staff was amazing. I am grateful for their humanity shown to my condition. Absolutely every staff member is a wonderful person. They left me several bottles of water, medication for dressings and were very responsive in opening the door. They helped bring breakfast to the room without charging me extra as I was embarrassed to go out to the restaurant with drainages. Writing this brings tears to my eyes. Thank you so much to the staff, I will never forget you, your help and humanity❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel while travelling from London, and it was exactly what I was looking for. It met my expectations and perfectly suited my tastes. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was just right for my needs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with similar preferences.

The location was ideal for my tastes, being conveniently close to a shopping center, which I really appreciated. While the traffic in Istanbul was challenging, as expected, it’s something you’ll encounter everywhere in the city. Although I had a small incident with a staff member during my stay, the hotel management handled it professionally and assured me that they would refund my money.

When entering we were welcomed with lovely staff Sakir and Tolga who were so helpful checking in and throughout the stay, so when entering the restaurant Ethan couldn’t of been more helpful and considerate about are food brilliant customer service, also had a problem with losing my headphones and Furkan was understanding and was able to direct me to my lost property, lovely hotel would definitely book again, staff 10/10.

Everything was really nice with the hotel except that there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming out from the ac vents or other vents in our room. This was a problem which was reported to the reception but they couldn’t do much to fix this apart from opening up the windows (it was locked) or offering to help with room fresheners. Apart from this, it is a great place to stay! I recommend it.

Everything was good. Especially for safety is best version. We could not walk in all levels, we had keys only to our lever to neighbours was not chance. Location is best. In the centre of city. Nearby beautiful Zorlu. Hotel is nice and beautiful. Room is big and furnitured very rich. TV big. Lobby and restaurant beautiful. Swimming pool warm and clean what I loved and sauna also nice. Advice you. Nice hotel. Breakfast is good and rich, full of choices. Especially Yahya's service is best. They clean every day and everyday changes towels, what was so kind. No one disturb you with other things. Advice. And in Turkey all hotels are narrow because of land expencivity and many otels small even rooms can be small. Here was big and beautiful room.

The standard room was quite spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The staff were friendly, they helped us with finding a dry cleaner’s, booking taxis, etc. The cleaners did a good job.

The view wasn’t amazing naturally due to the location. A small gesture (congratulations card) would be appreciated as we let them know we were there for our wedding - this is not a criticism only a suggestion for improvement of their services

The property is beautifully decorated. Room size was pretty big. Breakfast was awesome!

There weren’t enough provisions, for example, the bed side tables on the either sides, didn’t have any drawers. That created some hassles. Also there was no chest drawers for storage of clothes, and as I stayed there for 8 nights I found only the wardrobe not sufficient enough for long stays. The interior design of the room lacks vision for longer stays.

Spacious room with extra large and comfy bed, and a nice baby cot. We got even better room than we booked :) I appreciate that the check-in at the hotel was express, since we needed a rest from the long flight. A very warm welcome from all the workers in the hotel. We especially liked the welcome cookies and fruit basket in the room. Easy to get to from the airport, not far from the metro station.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Fatma,from housekeeping and cleaning, always met with a cheerful smile in the mornings and did a fabulous job in cleaning the room. Breakfast spread was decent and had a mix of local and healthy cuisines.

The room had a pillar right in the middle of it. It dampened the experience slightly. The view wasn't the best either, but it was decent given the location in the busy area of the city.

I had amazing time in this hotel. It was so so good I have no words to describe. Cleanliness, rooms, bathroom. Most amazing thing was the staff specially Taylan such a gentleman with manners. Cant wait to go again this month. Love it.
