The staff is very helpful and walk the extra mile to help us while check in. The room is very comfortable. Location is great as it is just next to JR station, and got a lot of parking space

The common area a bit too limited for dining, since there are many ppl will buy food and eat at common area, suggest to have more table instead of one big table

Comfortable hotel in great location beside train and bus station. No catering facilities, but a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor and a Lawson supermarket just up the road, and one very good restaurant a short walk away. Don't miss the fountain and light show in front of the station in the evening!

Clean and nicely furnished rooms with comfy beds. Great location for sightseeing by car.

Nothing was wrong at all, but bookers just need to know there is no onsite restaurant and minimal (if any open) local restaurants either. There is a very nice but shared kitchen (youth hostel-style) where you can add hot water to pot noodles bought from the onsite mini-shop (plus local beer bottles for sale), or microwave food purchased from supermarket 10 minutes walk away. From the latter we got bread, jam and sushi for breakfast which was great.

We loved the tranquility of the area, even though the Aso train is next door, we barely noticed its passing. The bed is so comfy in its king sized glory! We especially loved the little window nook that overlooked the landscape. There are some amazing spots to eat nearby, including the ramen shop behind and the Far East Restaurant down the street. Not to mention there’s a Lawsons in walking distance and the ASO train station has this grocery/tourist shop that sold the best pre packaged food - perfect for a picnic!

Lovely hotel with nice staff. Room was clean and spacious. You can park your car next to the hotel. Train station is a 1-minute walk. There is a Lawson at 2 minutes walking. There is also a local onsen next to the hotel. There is a communal space with a microwave and coffemachine, and a smal outdoor area. The hotel also has a laundromat you can use. The crater of Mt Aso is around 25 minutes drive by car.

The hotel has no breakfast and no restaurant but we knew that beforehand. They provide a list with restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The hotel is located just next to Aso Station and Aso Roadside Station. The rooms were immaculate with good views of the Aso-Kuju area. Surprisingly quiet with occasional brief noise from the local trains, didn't bother us at all. The shared facilities at the lobby are well-maintained and clean with complimentary coffee machine, tea, microwave, and oven free for all to use. There's also laundry and dryer, which is a real life-saver for me. But it only accepts contactless payment through an app, so you will need to install it first (though it's not difficult, just follow the instructions provided). We opted for the breakfast bento (consisting of 1 pretzel ham sandwich, 3 different bread buns, small tub of yogurt, a macaroon, and salad), so we used the lobby oven and area for our breakfast. For dinner, we walked to a nearby restaurant called Coffee Plaza East, which served good food within reasonable price. There is also a public onsen Aso Bochu Yume onsen within 3 minutes walk, which was perfect during the cold season.

After many nights of ryokans, it was nice to be back in a modern hotel. Very clean good size room. Very modern and newly renovated . No food on site except for vending machine and instant noodles but Lawsons is across the road and train station across the road. Most restaurants close early in Aso so go early and get the hotel to book for you! If not, buy from Lawsons and use the shared kitchenette at level 1 of hotel. Microwave , toaster and free flow coffee tea . Easy parking on site. Laundry onsite- card operated- no need coins.

If you come in late, only food is Lawsons. Unless you can drive further away. No conditioner or mosturiser - bring own

Located just a stone throw from the main bus terminal and Aso train station. Very new hotel. Amazing view from room window on higher floors facing Mount Aso. Lovely, comfortable lobby area with wooden tables and chairs , as well as a pantry with coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven and free tea bags and miso soup.

Restaurants are a bit far except for a few. Far from the Aso shrine. There were dryers and washing machines but need to download app to use. Dryer malfunctioned twice but somehow worked the next morning when I tired again.

Beautiful hotel, good location, staff friendly and polite, and could speak English well. Great communal kitchen/ lounging area with access to coffee, tea, hot water etc. Room was huge and comfy. Couldn't complain about the room at all.

A tad expensive compared to my other accommodations in Japan but not as much competition in Aso, not to the same quality. Washer and dryer a bit confusing to use. Needed a specific app to operate. Not a fault of the hotel but bugs including crickets would get into the hotel lobby and the communal lounge area. They didn't really bother guests but for someone who doesn't like bugs, I didn't want to hang around the ground floor long.
