Property was big and near Mt Fuji

The staff were responsive and kindly informed us about the fireworks event in Kawaguchiko. The place was spacious and homey with all the wooden windows and tatami floorings. It was also nice that the property is located near a beautiful shrine. We loved the beddings. It was so airy, warm and soft that I had the nicest sleep even in an unfamiliar place. The futon was so comfortable. Near the Oishi park and convenience store.

The parking area however might be small for two cars to maneuver into, good thing some of our companions cancelled and we only went with one car. The kitchen and chairs without covers was somehow uncomfotable to sit on during winter. The absence of toilet freshener made the toilet smell a bit. Located in a queit neighborhood so it's somehow unsettling to have nosy and sensitive neighbors which made us feel a bit unwelcome in the area. But with all the walking and travel we did during the day we slept early and didn't make any noise. So everything went well.

The house is very clean, has a lot of room, just with my family, near Fuji, Oishi park , Yuri is helping me. Because I forgot the car rental documents. She contacted the car rental company. To make me feel comfortable and continue my journey.

Nice and clean and quite area, close to shrine and see Mt Fuji clear.

The upstairs water facet can be upgraded. A bit difficult to turn on and off but manageable

The house is spacious and decorated in a Japanese style, featuring a full function kitchen, a living room, and a bathtub.

The location is a considerable distance from some attractions. While there is a bus route nearby, service is infrequent, and it's quite a walk to the sightseeing bus stops. Please be aware that there is only one bathroom, which may mean longer wait times for showering if traveling with others.

I recently stayed at the iine villa in Kaguchiko and was very impressed with the property. The three Japanese-styled bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed except seasoning/oil. The living room had a TV connected to Netflix, which was a nice touch, and the bus stop was just a short walk away.

One of the only downsides to the iine villa was that there was no convenience store nearby. This made it a little inconvenient to pick up last-minute items, but it wasn't a significant issue.

This accommodation is very beautiful, comfortable and suitable for a large family. It's like home and makes our family very happy.

The location was perfect and sleeping comfort was 10/10. we wanted an authentic stay and this suited us perfectly, we would 100% return!
