What's not to like?! Modern Facility. Amazing helpful and happy staff. Sparkling clean. The room was spacious and modern, with all the freshest amenities. Stylish jinbei inspired in Ainu people traditional garment. Spacious onsen area, clean, regularly checked by staff to ensure cleanliness and safety. And the onsen experience... Wow! Outside, with the snow and the sound of the ocean waves crashing. Amazing! Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in Japan. Fresh sashimi, lots of variety too! Their kani miso was delicious with rice. And... All you can drink sparkling and regular wine!

Onsen, Junior Suite Room and Buffets both dinner and breakfast.

If you’re traveling with family try Junior Suite room. My sister was traveling with a family of 4 and staying in a Junior Suite room was comfortable and big with 2 double beds and 2 futon for kids. Me also a family of 4 and staying in a family room, not so good especially if you compare to a Junior Suite room so don’t book for family rooms, it’s a lot smaller, better go for a Junior Suite Room.

The room was arranged well for the space. The breakfast was spectacular. The staff were very helpful. They assisted us in finding a medical clinic nearby. Loved the onsen and the ocean nearby. The trolley was close and convenient. 7-11 was close.

The room size was small for the expense

The onsen and the breakfast were fantastic.

Sometimes, there was only one elevator running and it got crowded so it took a while. Also, my friend was staying on a different floor than me but we could bring each other anything or go to each other’s rooms because the room key only let you go to your own floor.

Friendly staff, especially the custodians were excellent and keep the place super cleaned, great location, breakfast & dinner were excellent so much food and so many choices at a great prices

Best hotel breakfast ever. Good food and lots of different choices. The infinity onsen is wonderful. Quiet location.

It's about 40 minutes by tram to get to the train station and other tourist attractions. The room was extremely small.

Amazing outdoor onsen! It was incredible to soak outside with the snow falling on your skin with the view of the ocean and mountains in the distance. Staff was incredibly nice and remembered our names. Every time we came downstairs, we were greeted. We also paid for breakfast and dinner -- dinner had all you can eat snow crab legs! They have some butter cups there for bread. If you put the little cups in a small bowl of soup, the butter melts and you can dip the crab in there. 😁 I wish my wife and I would have thought of that sooner.

Great room. Amazing fresh breakfast. Onsen is magical and in winter months the outdoor section was fantastic.

Personally I think if you’re going to advertise being English speaking at least some of the front desk staff should be able to communicate using it. When I had an issue I had to communicate through a lovely Malaysian housekeeper who was able to translate fluently. I would still recommend this place 10/10 though, give it a go!

Food quality - the freshness of seafood is not that I expected scallops not fresh, fish not so fresh too Dinner time end at 9 pm so if you miss it you have to go out and buy something to eat because they have nothing for you ( not like the hotel in Sapporo that they give instant cup noodles for guest who miss the dinner)

Food Buffet and they manage to que to avoid crowding. Sparkling wine in the morning Melon Ice cream,grilled seafood,Sashimi Nuts,Sweets &Desserts ,coffe machine, plenty of tea and coffee.
