The location of this Hotel is fantastic. very close to all the Happo One ski field with only a leisurely stroll to the main Gondola. Breakfast at the Hotel was also fantastic with a range of Asian and western dishes. The onsite Onsen was fantastic, it quickly became my nightly ritual after a day on the slopes.

The Hotel is dated with the bedroom looking old, the main entrance needs some love also. I did enjoy my stay and although the interior is dated it is still comfortable and warm.

The staff were simply amazing. I unfortunately got pneumonia and the amazing staff brought tables and blankets to my room when they knew i was unwell. The kitchen staff also made me special lemon honey drinks to help. They even offered to take me to the hospital. I am so grateful to the man who was in resection for genuinely caring.

Hotel Grace Hakuba offers a cozy and welcoming stay with excellent access to the ski slopes and local attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, complemented by friendly staff who provide great hospitality. A perfect choice for a relaxing and convenient stay in Hakuba!

A bit more drying room would be great.

The location of this hotel is amazing. So centrally located with restaurants all around, supermarket just up the road, and the gondola within 10min walk. Bus station is also a 5min walk away which makes it easy when you arrive & check out.

The rooms are very outdated (carpet especially), and could use a refresh.

It’s an old hotel but it was cozy and did the job. I liked the breakfast; everything was fresh. The coin laundry was incredibly helpful and the dryer was better than I thought. Staff was nice. I’m glad there’s a restaurant attached to it. It made everything so much easier.

Great location, clean and well maintained, relatively large room (for Japan), has onsen access, overall good value for money.

Whilst the property is showing its age, everything was clean and functional. Location was fantastic and in close proximity to ski lifts and eateries. Breakfast was included with our stay and comprised western and Japanese fare on alternative days. Something for everyone! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Superb location - Very close to Nakiyama chair lifts, short walk to Adam Gondola. Great value for the location. Onsite onsen was also very nice

Hotel is a bit dated and not much atmosphere

Each staff member was professional, welcoming and friendly. I appreciate that English is rarely spoken, it’s more authentic and encourages us to contribute more. We felt like we were most welcome every day and would return again without hesitation.

The industry has had a tough few years, so I wouldn’t ask for anything more.
