A super convenient bare essentials place to stay after my late arrival flight into KIX. An enclosed cubicle in a gendered area just bigger than the full bed, and a lockable cabinet that fit the contents of my backpack. You get given a key card for the gendered area, and the wristband key for your cubicle's cabinet when you check in. For luggage, ask the staff to give you a lock to secure it in the luggage cubicle in your gendered area. The bathroom facilities were fantastic, clean, and full wall of basins & mirrors with hairdryers for getting ready. There are just 2 individual showers. They weren't free so I used the shared shower & bath, they had clearly displayed rules in the undressing area so you know what to do. It was very nice, there were 4 cubicles for sitting showers (fully stocked with shampoo, facewash etc), and a low shared bath to soak in.

It's a shared space, so naturally whatever noise others make you can hear. There are strict no-talking, no audio rules. The woman's room was pretty quiet, but I took no risks and slept with earplugs. (staff can provide earplugs, eye masks and even a wall-powered fan for your comfort)

I liked the proximity to the airport. It's super convenient and right next to the airport. It was also quiet and I couldn't hear the planes taking off or landing. I really love the design as it simulated a cabin like experience from the sliding doors to lettering and overall feel. It was designed with intention and quality. It was also quite comfortable and cozy. I was happy with the toiletries provided, the lounge wear, eye mask, and etc. I think they really covered those necessities to make the stay comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and professional. It was immaculate and clean. I ended up staying for three nights due to a travel delay and I felt very comfortable. They also have vending machines available within the accommodation and restaurants close by. There's a piano and no one played it but it would have been nice. There's a large desk out front to work or socialize.

I had communicated that I was re-booking due to a travel delay the night before to a staff member, but the next day the cleaner opened my curtain to clean even with the do not clean sign up and I shared that I did not want or need to be cleaned. Then a staff member came to ask me to checkout. I explained the situation and they apologize so it was okay, but of course just a bit annoying to deal with. They also have an unexpected charge of 100 yen for an accommodation tax that I had to pay each time. I assumed I had paid for everything so it's not a large amount, but unexpected.

1. Size - The bed was vast and high that I can even stand inside the cabin. It’s easy to hang some clothes and repacking things 2. Location - Very near to the airport and very easy to find. I took the train to the airport and I can see the accommodation right away. Plus it’s only max 15 minutes of walk to the airport 3. Free Things: - they’ve provided a lot of free stuff for tenants such as toiletries, hair comb, and even razors! Pajama and towels were also provided and they are comfy.

I only dislike the fact that if I need to go to bathroom, I’ll need to walk down through stairs.

The location is excellent for morning flights (Kansai has very very long long long lines for check in and for security, so one needs to be there many hours before flight). The sleeping area, bathroom and spa are super clean and pleasant. The sleeping space is comfortable and large. There is an area where to lock your suitcase (and re-pack if necessary). The last onsen opportunity before leaving is an important added value.

There can be movement at night with travelers arriving late or leaving early. But 90% are respectful and quiet. That 10% can wake you up.

Conveniently close to the airport. The WiFi worked nicely. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful, they helped me with the humidifier when I couldn't get it to work. They provide PJs, so you don't have to get out yours and risk forgetting them there.

No real room for belongings inside the cubicle, so even when just taking something from the suitcase you have to be in the public shared space. Also no microwave. (There is a convenience store near the train station, but it means you can't heat up anything you might've brought with)

The location is nice and easy to find. Check in process is fast and staff can speak English. It's my first time sleep in capsule hotel so the experience is very good. The capsule is spacious enough for 1 person. Pyjamas provided. Daily amenities can take when check in. Have private bathroom, toilet, powder room and sauna inside female area. So it's feel safe and near to go to toilet etc. Luggage can lock and keep in female area. Lucky enough to have a considerate neighbours. Everyone is very quiet and do own things. Got enough sleep to catch flight the next morning.

Hopefully they can upgrade to change the suis to usb so no need to use adapter to charge the mobile phone

+ fantastic location - literally a walkway across from the terminal / railway station. On departure day, I got to the terminal at 6:30am and it was quiet - for restaurants, check in and security. Got a little busier by 8:00 + as it’s close to the airport there are options to eat. I ate at the Japanese restaurant next to the hotel and was worth it but there are McDonald’s and Sukiya etc in the terminal. There’s also a Lawson’s nearby for microwave meals, snacks and beer. Lawson’s convenience store was a good breakfast for me at 6am! + staff were friendly and explained the map/procedure. + first class cabin was big enough to leave bag on the floor and locker could fit my day bag and other valuables + really recommended it for an early flight. Many are checking out from 5am onwards. + plenty of sinks, urinals, toilets and showers to use. Free shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush too + it seemed quiet for me when I stayed in February - not many guests = less noise of people moving around

- I stayed in the First Cabin hotel near Osaka Umeda and the same things I didn’t like - the units are a bit noisy compared to a normal hostel as they are made out of plastic but to be honest you’re only staying here to check out super early and it’s okay for one night. Can’t see people staying here for 1+ night. - the men’s toilets and showers are down a flight of stairs. Not a concern though.

Honestly, it was my first time staying in a capsule hotel but it definetely went beyond my expectations. It is so convinient as it’s 5min walk from the departure terminal, you have plenty of restaurant choices and convenient stores just in front as well as a smoking room!! I checked in quite late in the evening and still managed to have a good meal, use their onsen(what!!!?), shower and get a good sleep. Their amenities were honestly top notch and I don’t really have any complaints. When I have an opportunity, I’d definetely stay there again. 100% recommend.

It is very close to terminal 1, check in process was seamless. They provide towels, pijamas and toiletries. They also give you a lock for your suitcase for safety. The capsule itself is not very big but it is comfy, clean and honestly does not get as hot as other capsule hotels, so overall a great experience. Check out is at 10 am, but you can leave your luggage there free of charge until 4pm.

There is only 2 shower rooms (apart from the onsen/public bath) so you might have to wait a bit to shower.

I got the firstclass cabin rooms, it was spacious enough for one and honestly love that it was private enough as well. I liked how clean the place was and the shared amenities were also cleaned regularly

The rooms are quiet close to each other so if anyones moves or is awake you can very clearly hear everything. But they did provide ear plugs for that, The bed is not comfym quiet hard, plus the room was quiet hot for me, though i put the aircon on high
