Breakfast the first day was fine, the second day was a busy holiday and the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Hotel location was excellent. The double room was larger and more comfortable than I expected. Only smoking rooms were available but we could open the window and there was an air-purifier in the room. The room also had a good view, and we were happy to be able to watch BBC World News.

Staffing at breakfast was inadequate.

We had 2 toilet paper rolls but one was almost empty, and no stock, but luckily it was enough for everyone. We had an electric kettle and mugs for tea but no tea bags or coffee, also we could not see them around the reception area. Our room had no view, only the rooftop with A.C.s, felt a bit isolated.

Stayed in plenty of apa hotels, this one didn’t really stand out to me but it was still nice, the staff are always fantastic.

Didn’t enjoy the random scent of cigarettes I had at random points in the night in my non smoking room.

Super friendly staff. Right next to the train station. Short walk until the old town in Kurashiki

There are floors with smoking facilities and sometimes the elevator smells like tobacco smoke. Also, the walls are too thin you can hear your neighbor snoring at night

Excellent location right next to train station. Close to historical area, food, and shopping. Breakfast is good, comfy beds, and staff are helpful.

The staffs are very helpful. I stayed for 2 nights. I booked for a non-smoking room but somewhat the room I got for the first night smelled tobacco. I asked for a change and was given a room with nice air. The staff even let me to check the air in the room before changing it for me. I am very grateful for the service and I had a nice rest on Day 2.

The room was a bit too small.
