Straightforward hotel, close to station and historical part of town.

Booking.com allows to book a room for 2 adults and 2 child. The rooms are far too small to accommodate 3 bodies. The bed is small. We had to take a second room. This is not clear and should be changed.

we had a bad experience other place that we reserved before. And we changed this hotel that we used livemax before. Staff is very friendly and kind.

i think they don't prepare moisture and cream. they have toothbrush sets and ordinary simple sets. they think sustainability. that is very good. bad thing is we can see staff room from counter. maybe they need curtain or shutter door.

Room is clean, enough amnesties, and easily accessible from JR station. Walking distance to a large supermarket where you can buy food and beverages for daily consumption.

The staff is very helpful! We actually book the same hotel in らしきし Kurashiki shi ； but accidentally went to Okayama hotel . a gentleman in reception helped a lot and assistant is to cancle the booking in Kurashiki. Great service

Great location near the train station. It was a self check in so didn’t really see the staff that much.

We booked for two adults and one child, when we checked in, they gave us a tiny room with one tiny double bed, nowhere for a third person to sleep

Very poor value with the room rate! No water bottle no tea or coffee bags, very small room that I can’t move when placed the luggage! And no staff at the front desk all the time.
