The beds were sumptuous for the size of a room. The lobby is quite cute with some photo opportunities. They staff were friendly, very helpful and spoke good English. They offer in-room massage which I didn't try but would've been nice. The sauna and massage-chair were very appreciated. The location offers easy access to the covered street market and Bikan Historical District.

It's a very minor issue, but I would've like the room decor to be a bit brighter.

The lift is indeed slow but it didn't affect our stay.

Location - Walking distance less than 5 minutes from JR Kurashiki Station on the side closer to the Kurashiki Historic view area. I visited this hotel several years ago, and I decided to book it again because of the location. I enjoyed a public bath. Although it is not huge, it is lovely.

Slow lift.

The bedrooms are fairly comfortable, with amenities provided, a mini fridge and a TV. The hotel is walking distance from Kurashiki Station, and also walkable to Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. There is also a Marunaka Supermarket across the road from the hotel, which was very helpful to us in terms of getting affordable food and drinks.

There were very few (3) shower stations in the onsen.

Spacious and clean room, complimentary tea and coffee, coin laundry, free large bath, perfect position to visit and to travel to nearby destinations

In room bathroom is tiny, however you can have a relaxing hot bath in the common large one

Really comfortable stay in a twin room, the hotel bath was lovely and the location was perfect, right by the station and not far from Kurashiki

The room was bigger than most and very comfortable. The hotel is located a short walk from the station and about 10 minutes from the historical district. The spa is great.

I did like the lights in all over into the room and outside and the theme design is in the details. The bed is the Most Nicely i also check the brand because i feel is soo comfortable! I feel all time that is a nice quality Hotel . Of course enjoy the Hot Bath,the sauna and nice amenities.

I would mention about the drinks amenities on the room but you can get it from downstairs
