Very convenient place, the super market only about 10minutes walk and Family Mart just in the corner. The train station just cross the street so it’s super convenient if planed to travel by train. The house is close to the train station but it’s super quiet at night. The bathroom is on the ground floor, so you need to consider that if you bring elder or small baby to this house.

Very quiet at night in spite of being only a block away from a convenient transit hub. The main street has plenty of friendly, traditional eateries and more contemporary cuisine choices. Appreciated in-room AC options at time of our stay. Great wifi, too! Responsive host! Great value at price point.

Personal preference only. One will be sleeping on traditional mattresses on the floor. Comfortable but very firm.

the property was great and in a very good location, perfect for our needs as a family of 4. it was great to have laundry facilities and a clean, cozy base for our travels.

it was a little hard to find initially as the street address (maps) does not lead to the front of the property. maybe a small description, directions or another photo of the laneway might help?

The inn itself was well cleaned and the location was right across the train station so that was amazing as well, although at first it was difficult to find the entrance. The host answered our questions so communication was good too. Definitely was a good place to stay with 2-4 people.

very convenient location, literary in front of tofukuji station. very close to inari shrine, one station away from kyoto station. place is very spacious. a lot of restaurants and convenience store in the area. perfect for big groups and families. very affordable. i enjoyed old school style japanese house. highly recommended.

no tourist attraction in the area(if you want the convenience of being near tourist places), but is it a residential area so dont expect to much. still worth the stay.

super close to station, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighborhoods, clean, good kitchen and bathroom utensils, comfortable futon and tatami mats, really big and decorated with love and care, Narui is very friendly

Perfect location, it's just across from the Tofukuji station. To offer perfect service, the host set a Line group chat before our arrival. 1 bedroom for 2 people on the 1st floor, and 2 bedrooms for 3 people on the 2nd floor with a clothes drying balcony outside the small bedroom window. 東福寺駅出來是條小馬路，對面巷子即是。

Some mosquitoes. I saw an electric mosquito coil liquid on 1st floor, but it was empty.

The futons and pillows were very thin and hard.

A few steps away from the train station. There are a few shops steps away from the Inn. They even provide oil, sauces, condiments for cooking! Broke a mug , but wasnt expected to pay.

Couldn't find the entrance initially. The little road leading into the inn is blocked stating for residents only. So we didnt go in. Took us sometime to find it after asking around. no wifi no tv.
