Possibility to heat up food. lounge is available at all times. - location: 10 minute walk to kyoto station, route is very safe (following a rather busy road, so safe to walk even when you are by yourself). - there is a 7/11 and lawson nearby. - there is a street full of restaurants really nearby.

- nothing really. strangly though, there is an other (old) name on the hotel building that confused us on arrival. would by a good idea to take that name down :).

Clean, nice room, big and comfortable bed, fast wifi, very nice staff, free coffee and tea in the lobby. Good location, a few minutes walking from Kyoto Station.

Good size room,very clean,had all requirements, Lovely and quiet, Beds so comfortable, 10 minutes to station, got bus to city centre about 15 minutes to city centre, bus stop about 10 minutes walk, Staff very nice,it was raining very heavy the day we left,staff brought out umbrellas to keep us dry while putting cases in taxi, Taxi 7 euro to train station, Visited Osaka Castle,it's beautiful and surrounded by moat and very high walls,

10 am a bit early for checkout as most places in Uneo are 11, Having to collect towels from reception a bit awkward,

We put one day shortly after 10 and did not get towel replacement - No coffee provided - Not so well connected from the most active part of town - Small flies were in the bathroom - They should more clearly state the hotel address as we went to the annex hotel on the other side of the street (which has the same name)

Large, spacious room, big bed. I liked the long seating by the window. The amenities like the scent spray for your clothes was a nice addition. quick and easy check in and check out. only a 10 minute walk from kyoto train station

The curtains weren't thick so at sunrise the sunrays would beam through the curtains and force me to wake up. I would've also been nice if they had a small foldable table that you could set up and the only tables they had were the bedside tables and the counter where the kettle was.

The hotel was within easy walking distance from the Kyōto Station in a quieter area. It is very modern, and my room was more spacious than I had expected. Like in some other hotels, amenities were on the ground floor to take as needed. The hotel was very clean and provided room cleaning as needed, which added to the sustainability and reduced unnecessary towel changes etc.

The bed was a bit on the hard side, but otherwise everything was very comfortable.

The room is big comparing to the similar priced hotels in the area. It’s just 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station.

It’s very confusing that when you search this hotel name in google maps , it comes up with different names as Crystal I and Crystal II, the displayed address for either one doesn’t match the actual hotel address. This makes our Go driver crazy. The front desk staff said the name Crystal is actually the property owner group’s name. I wish they could update it in Google Maps.

the room is very large and clean, which comes as a great welcoming treat; the staff are polite, nice, and very helpful; great location for taking the bus to Kansai International Airport, the bus station is just a few minutes' walk away, which is much more convenient than taking the Haruka train, and much more on time.

can't find convenient stores nearby to get some supplies, you need to go several blocks to find one, but perhaps it is due to my not taking enough attention, still, it is not a big deal if you don't mind walking a bit for a change.

Room was spacious. Feels very modern. About 5 minute walk to a bus station that goes to popular touristy areas

We could smell cigarette in the first room we stayed, even though all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking... The staff were kind and helped us switch to another room for free the next day around 11am. The hotel was a little further away from the Kyoto Station than we thought (maybe over 15 minutes, as we had to navigate around the huge train station while dragging our heavy luggages...)
