good location for access to stations and some key sights. Whether you're happy to walk a lot of you're planning on using trains/ buses this location is fantastic for the cost. the staff was really pleasant and kind

the room had very little space and had the absolute basics. this isn't an issue if it's what you're looking for however there is little space to hang things/ place bags etc. if they added a few shelves etc. it would be easier to work with it. essentially had to live out of our bags. the bed and 1 of the cushions were acceptable comfort. 1 cushion was different and not pleasant

Small hotel, nice rooms, I would say even spacious for Japan. The bed was nice and comfy. Location was great - not far from Kyoto station. Plenty of stores around. We’ve stayed with 1,5y son and we had an overall great experience

You have to check in through the machine by yourself even though the staff is right there. The process is not very easy to understand so help from the staff would be appreciated but the girl who worked there just sat there silent while we were struggling to check in. Other staff was fine

We especially liked that the hotel was very new and had a minimalistic and modern interior style. Everything was very clean and the room and hotel had everything you need for a trip during which you only return for sleeping and spend the days outside. Check-In and check-out were easy and fast. We could take fresh towels and several other amenities for free whenever we needed them and the upper floors could be reached via lift. Our room had an air-conditioner/heater as well as a kettle and a little fridge.

For the check-in we arrived at the time they normally do the check-in at but unfortunately the young man from the front desk arrived some time later. The good thing was that we were able to enter the hotel via entrance code which we got in advance so that we didn't need to wait outside in the cold. The mattress was way too hard for us but that might be ok for others.

The bathrooms were clean and separate. The bed was really comfortable and there was ample floor space to tidy up the luggage.

There were hardly any spots to hang the towels. The walls were provided with a few spots for the hangers for your clothes. The room also got really cold during our stay. It was hard to work with the heater since it was pointing directly towards the bed.

This hotel in Kyoto had a great location! It was very convenient to explore the city, with key attractions (very close to Kyoto Tower). The transportation and restaurants are just a short walk away. While the accommodations were simple, the fantastic localization made my stay worthwhile.

Kyoto is a bit cold, so in the rooms, you must use the aircon available to warm up the room. But it is not a big deal.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. The room is of decent space, quite modern and we'll equipped. Every corner was very clean. There is AC but also ventilation system in every area. The hotel is 7min from the train station and in a quiet area. I managed to recover from my sleep deprivation there.

Very good location close to Kyoto Station. The room is fine, equipped with everything I needed like a mini fridge, kettle, cups, hairdryer, fresh towels and amenities. There are ventilation fans in three places (bathroom, toilet room, and main room) which is very nice if you are someone who likes an odorless room with a little fan sound going. It’s soothing at night (or you can turn them off). The room was right next to the elevator, but I didn’t hear the noise at all. I would use this location again. :)

Though this hotel is closely situated to Kyoto station it's a shame it's not on the other side of the station as that is where most of the tourist and shops etc things are. Room was a decent size, bed was comfortable, bath was tiny. Shame they don't serve breakfast either. Staff were friendly.

Short walk to Kyoto station. The hotel seems newly built so the facilities are all fresh and new. A friendly staff member checked us in, using Google translate to share information in English, which was appreciated.

The hotel is in a small building so cannot offer luggage storage. No option for Netflix, YouTube or other streaming on the TV.

The hotel is very near to Kyoto train station. 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel equipped with kettle and hair dryer. Toiletries and bath towel also provided. The host was friendly and reply promptly. Self check in only. Need to get password before check in. Within walking distance there are Lawson and 7-11.

The room was quite small. Limited spaces for luggages or walking in the room. The tourist tax not included in the room rate. It needed to pay separately upon check-out. No early check in or luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
