Good space in the bedroom for suitcases and lots of counter top space. Separate shower room and toilet was quite nice. Great customer service. Free luggage storage for the day even after checking out of the hotel and they gave us a 30 min leeway for check out without charging us. Laundry facilities, microwave and vending machine all located within the hotel which was very convenient. Location was amazing, so close to Kyoto station and 7/11 was right next door. Dinosaur check in and check out process was very easy and seamless, with staff still available to help 24/7.

No complaints aside from the quality of the pillows as they hurt my neck after sleeping. They gave extra pillows when we asked but could definitely do with better quality pillows.

The place is great! Right opposite Kyoto station. Absolutely convenient! Family mart directly opposite. The rooms are very clean. Coin laundry is available within the hotel itself. They even have a counter at lobby for you to grab your own toiletries. The breakfast were very delicious! The male staff were very kind to reserve low table for us because he saw that we have young children. Thank you for that. The aunties on the other hand can be friendlier. The hotel were able to fulfill my requests such as having both rooms on same floor and to have a small bathroom stool. Highly recommend this hotel!

Surprisingly measly 1 green tea sachet per person provided only; having just enjoyed 0600 to 2400 lounge service with free flow coffee tea at 2 other hotels, this was a rude shock! Cleaning service split into eco & regular - should explain clearly what is eco. Who would know under eco service days, cups are not washed? The information sheet in the room did not state this clearly (yes, I read the information sheet!)

Best location! Just a 3 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, very close to a nice small mall called Avanti and a short walk to Aeon Mall. There is a 7-Eleven just right around the corner. Love that we could leave our bags before check in and after check out on the same day. Both check in and check out was a breeze as we could just use the machines. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily as well. The only downside for me was that there was no water dispenser. The proximity to Kyoto Station means that the trains passing by could be heard from the rooms as well but that is not an issue for me. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

I loved the cute dinosaurs that welcomed us. There were lockers at the entrance. The room was clean and quiet (even though the place is very central), the staff helped us with what we needed. Everything was comfortable and pleasant. The location Very close to Kyoto main train station.

At first we got a room that has noise in the hallway. We asked the staff for help and Nakaima helped us, found us another room. When there was a bad smell in the shower - she cleaned. We had a less good experience with the washing machine, the things did not dry after two runs. Other than that, excellent.

The dinosaur receptionists were a playful, somewhat gimmicky touch that added some fun to the automated check-in and check-out process. The room was perfectly sized for two, featuring an efficient layout with a separate toilet, shower/bath area, and a sink conveniently located in the entryway. I appreciated the hotel’s close proximity to the train station, the ability to cast my own media to the TV, and the option to store our suitcases in the lobby before check-in and after check-out.

The bed was quite hard since it lacked a proper mattres pad. I would have appreciated a bigger or more pillows.

Very cute hotel. Very nice location. Was a fun experience having robotic dinosaurs welcome you to the hotel. The lockers in the lobby were also a great touch for the early arrival and the need to store bags until flying out. Just one thing I thought weird was wanting to charge me to use the vacuum cleaner. I wanted to quickly use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum seal my travel bags and the hotel wanted to charge me. Room was very clean, the staff member I did interact with was very helpful. Would definitely return when in Kyoto

The bathroom had a separate toilet which was convenient, and the room was a reasonable size. Location near the station was good. Room was quiet and clean.

We chose to stay here for the novelty of the dinosaur check in, but it was a real pain. We had to call a staff member. It would be better to stay elsewhere and just come and look at the dinosaurs for five minutes. The breakfast in the attached bar was poor, and a sign said you were only allowed to eat for 10 minutes, so I don't recommend that. The sausages were cold.

The dinosaur robots at check in were pretty cool! And you can reach staff if needed, though there may be a language barrier. The room was larger than other similarly priced rooms we stayed in, and the location is phenomenal. There are also luggage lockers in the lobby that are easy to use and make it simple to keep your luggage. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room didn't feel as clean as some other rooms I stayed in when visiting Japan. And, to some extent, staff at check in may have been helpful, but we did figure it out pretty quickly.
