Loved everything! Sooo conveniently located. Lots of bus routes and trains. The Shinkansen station is also there. Very big room and bathroom. Amazing water pressure and water is hot instantly. Such good showers ahhhh. Also love the PJs they give and if you need anything, a robot will deliver it to your room. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I’m so sad to be leaving this hotel!

The overall atmosphere, friendly and thoughtful service from the staff, and the elegant design of the hotel all made for a lovely stay. The staff provided excellent service throughout and were consistently helpful and professional. We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea at the Tea & Bar - presentation was beautiful, the flavours were well-balanced, and the service was attentive and excellent. We’d definitely love to come back in the future.

The property is very nice. It’s new, centrally located and great rooms. We loved staying here.

They are extreme stickler for time about everything. Checkin - has to be dot at 3 even though rooms are available. Breakfast dot at 10….their app which is used to order stops working at 10:01. Rigid to give another card to go up since we forgot ours on top. For a family with children all these don’t work. In breakfast, if you want slight modification because your children want it a little different, very rigid to accommodate.

The room was very large and comfy, and had a table where I could work on my computer. The location right next to Kyoto station made it so convenient to reach by Schinkansen.

The lighting was super modern and all centrally controlled from an iPad - only before checking out I realised there was a little button to turn them all off - which was always a bit of a hassle to go turn off all the light and fiddle with the iPad.

The property was absolutely amazing. The rooms were equipped with everything you might need or want. The staff were all so exceptional and made us feel so welcomed. They even arranged for some balloons in the room for my birthday and all wrote personal messages in a birthday card.

I cannot find one single thing to write as we found everything exceeded our expectations

The hotel was so modern and chic and was footsteps from the train which was super convenient . Staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious !!

There wasn’t any moisturiser in the bathroom, inclusions a bit low but this is no way a complaint

Location could not be beat. It was adjacent to the Kyoto station! It took us walking 5 minutes between the hotel entrance and the Kyoto Station entrance. Bonus is seeing the Kyoto Tower every single time we walked from the hotel to the station. Both restaurants on property were also very good both for dining on location and in-room dining. This is rare occurrence for a hotel! Loved that there's also afternoon tea on offer at their Bar Lounge. The amenities were all very good. The shower water pressure was amazing. The bed and beddings were plush and very comfortable. I slept very well!

Would prefer bedding was cover a bit lighter , heavy doona alternative would be great . This is the only fault

Large comfortable modern rooms. Beautiful modern interior. Excellent location right next to Kyoto station for easy transfer to other cities and for day trips to places like Nara.

Would be good if you didn;t have to pay to use the onsen.

Atmosphere was great. Room was exceptional. Japanese breakfast was fantastic. Tea cafe was really nice , tea light meal and desserts were all great. Italian restaurant steak was really good.
