Located in the quiet residential area but very convenient for bus or subway to every resort of Kyoto. Room is clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The Chinese and Taiwanese ladies in the reception are very nice and helpful. I would especially recommend this property to Mandarin speaking travelers as you can ask or get some clear travel tips/advice from them :)

In a very convenient area with lots of transport options, bus or train station. However, you might have to do some extra transfers, as it is not on a main line. There were food places to eat around this place, which was super handy at night. The place was clean, and the shower and toilet facilities were great. We didn't take advantage of the simple breakfast, but if we stayed longer we might have. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a twin bedroom and it was a small space to move your suitcase into. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The location is convenient, close to two railways with many convenience stores nearby & a cafe that opens quite late. Staff were friendly & helpful. However, the one washer/dryer is insufficient for hotel guests. More hooks in the bathroom & more hangers in the closet are needed. The pillow & mattress are rather hard & the area under the beds needs vacuuming. The temperature in the fridge could not be adjusted & was not cold enough. It functions more as an insulation chest.

The staff is very polite and helpful. They serve a light breakfast with rice porridge. You can use the area where they serve the breakfast at any time to eat your own food because they provide a microwave and there is a water dispenser with hot and cold water with some tea and coffee bags. There is also a wash and dryer that cost 600 yen in total. The room and bathroom were clean and big enough.

The only negative aspect for me was the mattress because I could feel the springs while sleeping. It was the worst bed where I have slept during my stay in Japan. I didn't feel that I had a good night sleep because in the morning I was quite stiff with my back. I found it very difficult to find a confortable position during the night because the springs very digging in my body. For me the mattress is very important for an hotel, for this reason I don't think I'll book here again even if all the rest was very good but I care more about my sleep. If you don't have any problems with your back and don't need any particular good mattress I definitely suggest this hotel.

Staff was super friendly and nice. The property was fantastic and clean. Overall great experience. The staff even allowed us to check in earlier than the normal check in time. There is also a bike rental available at the property. Which is supposed to be the best way to travel around Kyoto.

The location was a bit far away from the nearest metro, however a bus line was near by. After traveling around Japan, I would say the price was a bit expensive. You can find similar quality hotels for cheaper prices.

Staff, cleanliness, location, free coffee and small breakfast for everyone (even if it’s not included in booking.com offer), free accessories such as lotions, bathrobe, everyday room cleaning and service, good accessible for disabled people.

Internet connection in our room on the 3rd floor was limited. We had internet only near the door. It wasn’t working in the other parts of the room. Laundry includes only one washing machine and dryer and it’s quite low efficient. I had to use dry programme 3 times in a row to get my clothes dry.

Lovely hotel with an even lovelier staff. The room was very comfy and it had everything we needed, wifi worked perfectly, the PJs were super comfy and we absolutely loved the location. Omiya station is 4 mins away, there are convenience stores and restaurants around but in general the neighbourhood is nice and quite. There's washing machine/dryer in the hotel as well as complimentary coffee/tea available during the day. I would come again and recommend this hotel 100%.

The beds are spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general, and the rooms in particular, look clean. There is a small breakfast (congee) included in the price, and coffee is available to guests 24 hours a day. In our case, perhaps because it was January and low season, the value for money was excellent. There is a public parking lot right next to the hotel, which charges 1850 yen for a 24-hour period.

The location is not the best for the most touristy sites in Kyoto. Still, we walked from the hotel to the city center in the morning, and took a taxi back in the evening. The neighborhood has quite a few restaurants for dinner.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with the size of the room and bathroom. The hotel provided breakfast and had a coffee machine which was fantastic. Unsure if the room had a view as I didn't open the window. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also quiet, with no disturbance from other guests.

the location was a short walk from the main hub of Kyoto. Overall it was a great place with public transport right out the front to take you to the station, however, markets and main strip is about 20-30 minute walk from the hotel.

Great position, in a quiet area but not far from the station. the room was cozy and had everything we needed. there's also a washing machine available. staff is very friendly , there's a bus stop and a supermarket nearby

Some amenities are not free, like razors and toothbrushes, but it's a good way to reduce waste and they are very cheap anyway.
