Amazing location - close to the main Kyoto street, Nishiki market, Teramachi shopping street, and we actually went to Yasaka shrine and the park behind it on foot from our hotel. 2 minimarkets close to the hotel and one huge supermarket 4 min walk from the hotel. Metro down the street and a lot of bus stops in the area, very well connected. The kitchen had a microwave integrated with an oven and grill, which was a huge plus. Also, for a family of 5, 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen all separated is a huge plus.

For some reason, there were no kitchen knives... only forks, spoons, and chopsticks. We shared one huge kitchen knife when needed.

Location was fabulous! Literally around the corner from Nishiki market, walking distance to two shopping streets, two different rail lines and buses within walking distance. A very trendy area, lots of boutique shops and restaurants. Playground around the corner for smaller kids too. Lots of space within the apartment too, two bedrooms, and a separate dining area, and small kitchenette. We purposely booked the bigger apartment for a family of four so we could have the extra space, and it was well worth it to not be stepping over suitcases all the time. Three reverse cycle split systems meant we could keep the place at a comfortable temperature for us (as opposed to those places with centrally controlled systems). Be mindful that the check in desk is located offsite, near Kyoto station, but they provide a shuttle bus to the apartment.

Would be great if the area outside the bath/shower room was heated, and if there was an instruction page for the microwave/oven unit, there was only so much we could do with google translate.

Resi Stay Kuon was the perfect base for our time in Kyoto. The location has everything you would need within a few minutes of walking, including convenience stores, restaurants and of course Nishiki Market. We stayed in the family suite with two couples and one baby and there was plenty of space. The suite was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We were able to store our luggage at the accommodation before and after check in which was another convenience. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Staff was very nice and very receptive (especially if you are a Pokemon lover). The reception right near the Kyoto station was very convenient. The washers and dryers at the location were very nice touch. The ability to leave your bags at the reception if you are not taking off right away was amazing so we didnt have to find lockers. I have stayed with them before in Kyoto and love staying with them.

The website sent to me prior to checking in for "pre-check in" was not working properly. I have booked two rooms but it was only showing one room so I could not put all my guests into the pre-check in.

Great location just near the markets and an easy walk into Gion. We were able to visit many of the UNESCO sites by walking from the property. All facilities worked well. A compact apartment but compared well with others available. Reception very helpful on arrival.

Best location. Close to Nishiki market and attractions. Easy communication with staff. Clean room with necessary accessories. There is even room with washing machine and dryer.

The iron were harder to use. I would recommend english translation on remote controls of AC. I would welcome to have microwave insteat of oven.

Beautiful, clean and well kept. Great location. Glad they had a shuttle to get from the check in to the property. Super close to the market and walking distance to many great stores.

I did find it odd that one bedroom has an open entrance as opposed to a door but it wasn’t a big deal!

The location is fantastic!

Check-in felt a bit inconvenient since you have to go to their office first instead of just getting an entry code by email. I’m not sure the extra step is needed, but the free shuttle to the hotel helped ease the hassle.
