There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, good access to public transportation, convenience store and supermarkets are within walking distance, staff at the lobby stays till night time. The room had the needed neccesities for a few days stay. The dryer function in the bathroom was strong enough to dry our laundry which was really helpful.

There were some stains on the carpet in the room and in the corridor. Perhaps a good clean would give the room and corridor a fresher look. The coffee/tea packets were not replenished after room cleaning. Not sure if we were supposed to request but it was okay for us.

The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Convenience store, Gyomu supermarket and Aeon supermarket were also within walking distance. Kitchen is equipped with the needed cooking utensils. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom worked very well. Bed was comfortable but the pillows felt a little hard for me. Room was spacious enough for 2 people.

The beds were a bit stiff and hard to sleep on, the hotel room felt more like small apartment and the cleanliness reflects that (at about 8 out of 10)

The customer service centre was near the central station, which provides the service of checking in our luggage's early, and delivers it to our room. This was extremely helpful. The room had its own microwave, stove, kitchen sink and washing machine. All appliances are new and bathroom was clean and modern.

The room was small, and it didn't provide the space to sit down at a table. The mattress that acted as one of the three beds was on the floor. The mattresses were hard.

so happy there was a washing machine!! right outside the bus stop so was convenient big spacious bed and also had a mini balcony which was quite nice. near kinkakuji a bit rural so its quiet and nice, really experience kyoto outside of its tourist side

The walk from the station to hotel was quite far, but was really easy to find. Only one staff at front desk so it took a bit longer than usual to check in and out.

Very good location, very clean and well maintained. Shower is well ventilated and even has a heated exhaust to help dry laundry.

Very small room, barely enough space for the extra bed that i requested. no sofa or chair to sit to eat at. the kitchenette was well equipped, but with a very small counter space and had to stand to eat.

Location - buses in the front of the hotel and along the neighborhood, more local feeling (less tourists) with good restaurants. Room itself was good size, very quiet, very clean. We were comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer. Baggage service was nice to have too.

Everything fantastic! Wonderful small chain of guesthouses in Kyoto. Check in super convenient to be able to have luggage delivered directly to accommodation. Everything you need for comfortable stay is included. Kind and helpful staff. This location was perfect, well connected but train and bus. Highly recommend!

extra waterbottles could be given I feel, They gave only one waterbottle for a person. I say this because as tourist we were dehydrated, and we should have got water for ourselves. But when asked for a bottle, the staff said NO, but that s ok. Japan has great vending machine everywhere, and that helped.

The room was of good size, really comfy beds including pillows and fluffy blankets. The location was great - bus station right in front of the hotel (direct buses from Kyoto station). Quiet location but with many shops. The staff was amazing.
