This was a much better hotel than we expected from the booking. The room was clean, very comfortable, and surprisingly extremely quiet. The bathroom is a bit different- kind of feels like a bathroom on a boat, but again very clean and functional for a small space. The location is great- right next door to a 7/11 and across the road from a bus stop on multiple lines. Beds were very comfortable- firm but not too hard.

There may have been some language barriers with staff, but when we first booked, we accidentally booked a smoking room (if it doesn’t specify non-smoking in the room description, it’s probably a smoking room, so be careful!) The staff member said there were no non-smoking rooms available and went to take us to the smoking room to see if we could tolerate it when I found the non-smoking rooms still available online. It was only then he told me to cancel the reservation and book the non-smoking room separately. A bit frustrating but probably just a communication issue.

I love the air purifier/humidifier two in one. Plus, you get your own microwave, in each room! Having individual AC unit means that I can control the AC to my liking. Really can't ask for more, given the price per night. Housekeeping is also meticulous and punctual.

Excellent location on the subway line to get to Shinjuku. Interesting Japanese style room. Free laundry and dryer machines available. Daily replenishment of toiletries.

It was a little small, but for Tokyo it is a great value!

The twin room is very big. You can open two large size luggage and walk around the room freely. There are many vending machines (for drinks) at the reception area, which is marvellous. There is independent air conditioner for you to control the room temperature.

No washing machines available. You need to walk for a long distance to reach the hotel. Not all the staff can speak English well.

The room is like on the pictures, with everything you need. I used the laundry room, it was very easy to use. Good location a bit away from the busy touristic city center.

Everything was clean and nice. Good location for tourists. But we had issue of luggage storage and hotel did not helped us, and this service is a mush for tourists.
