Great location except that the name of the hotel was not displayed on top of the building as the building itself displayed another name except when you approached the hotel that can only see from the hotel ground floor area. So it was hard to see the hotel from far away, this is the disadvantage of the hotel. In my opinion, Hotel name is a must to display so that guest can see it from far preferable on the top of the building. Overall the hotel location was great and easy accessible from Nagoya JR Station and hotel staff as well as the room size was quite good. I gave a thumbs up for the hotel.

Hotel name not displayed on top of the building itself that can be easily seen from far.

Clean, spacious room, washer/dryer facilities. Very good location. For other travellers: hotel is at Taiko-dori side which is nearer to shinkansen. If you are coming from Meitetsu airport train, walk into Nagoya Station - Sakura-dori then follow signs to JR shinkansen which will bring you to Taiko-dori. Exit, turn right and follow the path to traffic junction and cross the road towards Lawson, turn left, you will see the hotel ahead (white building). From our experience, this is the easiest way to the hotel.

We only had one small flat pillow per bed. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Loved our stay. 3 minutes to the station even with all the construction in the middle. Easy check in and out. Plenty of extras like toothbrushes creams etc and also little packs for kids. My child loved the free origami packs. The room had plenty of space for 3 of us even though we only had a twin 20sqm room. Bathroom is nice and tidy plenty of room, beds were comfy and extra pillows were provided on request. Probably my fave thing was the complimentary buffet breakfast, plenty to choose from and very nice. It can get busy but you can check availability on the TV. Laundry was great too. 600 yen to wash and dry with liquid included. I really can't fault this hotel. It's our 3rd hotel this trip and definitely a stand out.

Can't think of anything, nothing to dislike if your expectations are realistic.

- Close to Shinkansen exit of JR station (only need to cross 1 traffic stop) - Almost beside a convenience store, Lawson - Eco-friendly with option to request for room cleaning or just change towels - Efficient and English-speaking staff (not sure if all are because I only talked with them twice) - Spacious room compared to business hotels - Breakfast with good selection. On the day I availed, there was Nagoya specialty, Miso Tonkatsu. Not sure if it is served everyday

Just some minor inconveniences (mainly comparing vs Numazu branch) - some improvement can be made on the layout of the table. A bit of effort needed when using the kettle - flush still using standard lever (comparing vs Numazu branch with flush button located with other toilet buttons like bidet) - some delay in getting the correct water temperature in both the shower and faucet

the location was very central and just a few meters from the Nagoya train station. With an underground walkway, we did not have to worry about the heat or the rain. Just across BIC as well. A convenience store was just around the corner. The room was small for the 4 of us as most hotel rooms are but the shower was very good with excellent water pressure. We paid for the hotel breakfast which had a good number of options - rice, soup, fish, some meat, salad. I'd come back because the location is so good and the price is very affordable.

Nothing.

Excellent location . Polite staff though most Jap staff not very good in English .

No onsen Could have change the purple signboard /neon lights at top of building to Daiwa hotel instead of Daiwa group. As it’s a hotel and not company . Why not make it easier for tourists, hotel guest ?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally polite, spoke very good English, and clearly explained the check-in and check-out process, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk from the station, which was very convenient. Additionally, the underground mall nearby offered plenty of great food options, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel itself is very clean, and the room size met the typical standards of a Japanese business hotel, providing a comfortable and practical space.

5 to 7 min walk from JR Nagoya station. Lawson outlet next to the hotel. Clean lobby. Self check-in and check-out kiosk, super efficient. Laundry room with live status update on the room TV. Self-serve amenities. The espresso coffee is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My luggage’s were sent from airport to hotel by TA-Q-BIN. And when we checked in after whole day of fun, the luggage’s were all delivered directly to my room when we arrived. Hotel looks very new. Like the toilet and bathroom.

Breakfast restaurant is small, did not eat there as the breakfast spread is limited. Could have a few more washers for laundry.

The location is just prime. It is about 6-7 minutes walk away from the Shinkansen exit of Nagoya station, it was really easy to get around. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby all in walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly, a lot of complimentary goods like all Japanese hotels. The room can comfortably hold 2 people. It is a little bit older but the benefit outweighs the negatives. Really nice for a quick stay in Nagoya. It is also the best priced out of all the other hotels near the station.

Well, really not much.

Close to nagoya station JR side. A bit of a walk but nearer than a lot of hotels in the area. Breakfast is good. Typical japanese breakfast. Loved the mackarel and curry rice. Room is clean and toiletries as well as coffee available at the lobby. ESCA is nearby with good places to eat. Bic camera is less than 5 mins away. Nagoya station was a good jump off point for the tour bus meguru as well as meitetsu bus for Nabana no Sato.

The room was typically small. But adding a sofa bed made it a lot smaller. We had to fold back the sofa bed in order to pack our luggages. And no large supermarket or don quijote nearby. Maxvalu was a 12 min walk.
