I traveled with my family (7 people in total) and we loved how spacious and cozy was Nara Guesthouse 3F, offering both Japanese and Western rooms. We also loved the location - central, within walking distance from Kintetsu Nara Station, Nara Park, supermarkets, and dining facilities.

There's nothing we didn't like about Nara Guesthouse 3F. If anything, we were satisfied with the showers but someone who might want to relax with a bath at the end of the day might be a little disappointed - or could try going to a nearby sento (public bathhouse)!

Very close to train station. Many excellent restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Walking distance to Nara Park.

Mixup over entry code. The Booking.com site provided one, but the correct one was buried in a Japanese language message from the host - all communication in Japanese. Difficulty deciphering light switches and heat controls.

Nara Guesthouse was very accommodating to us and our needs. When we needed to drop off our luggage a bit earlier in the morning, they allowed us to! The space is also very large and I would totally recommend booking out the entire guesthouse for larger groups. I loved how the location was so close to everything you can imagine.

Super location, right in the centre of Nara and close to the park. 4 larger comfortable bedrooms, 2 western and 2 tatami

Only downside is that interior seems to be set up as a hostel, very small reception area and kitchen has professional look rather than family kitchen.

Amazing location in the heart of Nara city, close to both train stations as well as the famous deer park. It was very spacious, which is rare in Japan. There were also many restaurants in the vicinity, which is convenient when your legs are tired.

It is a full apartment with a kitchen and 4 bedrooms. 2 of the rooms have the tatami concept. Love it.

Prefer to have a guideline how to find the accomondation. Because it is located on the 3rd floor inside a mall, it is a bit hard to navigate.

Convenience to shops and train station . Good for group travel . Cosy environment .

If you have to leave early have to take the stairs down

Great location in centre of nara. Dining table, living area and sleeping area were very comfortable . Great for family stay with extended family or 2 families
