Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the train station and on a main street with shops and restaurants. Despite the location, there wasn't much noise inside the rooms. For hotels of this type, the rooms were a good size (enough room for 2 people to move around and have places to open small luggage) and included the basics like desk, chair, luggage stand. Hotel lobby and rooms looked new and were very clean. For the price, an excellent value.

Laundry facilities were in high demand at night and there are only 3 washer/dryer units for the whole hotel. There is a helpful display on the TV that shows which ones are in use, but it still would have been nice to have more machines since each wash/dry cycle takes about 2 hours.

The room is very nicely decorated with a neutral colour palette. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and there is a good amount of counter space. The room cleaning is done every 3 days, like many other hotels, but here, we are asked to leave our trash and our used towels right outside our room to be collected on a daily basis. Very well located, 5-minute walk to Kintetsu Nara Station, 10-minute walk to JR Nara Station, 15-minute walk to Nara Park and Nara National Museum, 20-minute walk to Todaiji Temple.

Very clean and decently sized rooms. Big comfortable bed. The location is also great, being very close to Kintensu Nara Station, so it's easy to travel to Kyoto and/or Osaka. Coin laundry in the hotel was a huge bonus.

The view from our window was the wall of the building next doors, but at least the window could be opened. The coffee in the rooms wasn't great. Was a bit surprised the employees couldn't give a proper answer to where we could buy the "Shika Senbei" (rice crackers for the deer). Only got a "maybe in the area near the deer".

The hotel is located about a few minutes' walk from the station, in a very busy street with lots of shops and restaurants but the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is environmentally friendly, so you have to take what amenities you need from the lobby, but it has everything, and you are free to take whatever is needed. The stuff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is mainly Japanese, but we managed to have a good and tasty meal though we don't eat meat and some of their dishes.

Located very close to the Kintetsu-Nara station and walkable to all the major attractions. It is also on a peaceful street that is pedestrian only, so I enjoyed seeing all the nearby shops and restaurants at a leisurely pace. The staff were all friendly and willing to help give recommendations on places to see and visit while in Nara. The room itself was comfortable for two people and everything looked clean and tidy upon our arrival. Would stay here again!

The location was great, in the middle of everything and no problems to walk from the railway station. Modern and clean hotel.

Most of the staff was very friendly, except the one who took care of our check-in, she was a bit arrogant and I have never heard that ”wait, until I have finished”, when I was going to pay the room. There was a self service machine to pay with your credit card. It didn’t work or I did something wrong and it took many times more to get it done. Very irritating, why the staff couldn’t take care of it. No view from the room, just the wall of next building.

I really like this hotel! The location is excellent. Another thing I would like to mention, as a person who had back surgery before, it is very important to have a bed that is supportive, somewhat firm yet soft and comfy on its cover. The bed in this hotel really meets my expectation even beyond wat I have in mind. It's just an extra information to whoever seeking the right bed for their trip in Nara!

Miss Tiuⁿ (in Taiwanese)/Miss Chang can speak four languages, including Taiwanese. She is very considerate of customers, and speak Taiwanese to me. She protected me from harassing by others. I really appreciated her very much. I’m very lucky to meet her that night. If there were no Miss Tiuⁿ, I couldn’t be brave to deal with the problem.

No complaints actually. The bed was really so comfortable and the bath is relatively huge. And it's really close to nara kintetsu station too. So its coolz

Not really something i dislike. But needed some getting used to. The clothing area is near the door, which can be abit hidden from the bed area. So gotta remember to check that spot before packing your luggages

I booked two rooms - one for myself and partner and one for my brother's family including his baby. My room was smaller (as we expected), but overall felt spacious compared to other hotel rooms we stayed at in Japan. The room for my brother was larger and the hotel provided a crib, which worked out really well for them. We were overall very satisfied with our stay, it's a short walk to Nara Park and is in the middle of a cute walkable area with shops and restaurants. The hotel also had a nice amenities bar with bath/spa stuff to try which we enjoyed.

The restaurant wasn't serving breakfast as we had expected, so we had a bit of a scramble to figure out what to eat. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and I would recommend this place.
