Good size room and very clean. Bed was super comfy for me, and charging stations on both sides of the bed. The lights were also controllable from the bed with knobs and switches. The shower was a bit small, but had very nice pressure. It also has a café right at the entrance of the building. Self check-in and check-out was very easy. It was cool to see the dinosaur and samurai. There were free amenities before you go up as well as Manga that you could take to your room. A vending machine is on the same floor right after the elevators. It's located pretty close to Nara park, maybe a 5-7 minute walk. On the way, there are quite a few places to eat.

I hit my knee on the sink as it's partially in the shower? The bathtub is also very tall (probably why I hit my knee)

It was a great location, very handy to the station as well as Nara Park and various local temples. It was fun being checked in by a very enthusiastic dinosaur. It was great we could store our luggage before and after check out. Our buffet breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean and tidy. Though we can't read Japanese much it was very cool to see the manga library near the elevators for guests to borrow books.

There was little room in the room to open a suitcase . The mattress was a bit hard . It was good to stay for a night but for more than one night you might find it a bit cramped.

The breakfast buffet is worth paying for. It's mostly Western style but does have salad, ochazuke, rice, etc. The location is top-notch, just around the corner from Kintetsu-Nara Station and accessible to so many great shops & sights. Nara Park is within walking distance. There is a vending machine in the lobby, as well as a small library with manga that you can check out. You can store your luggage in the provided lockers prior to check-in.

Location was good, really near to the next station. Breakfast was okay, first and second room were clean. Check-in protocol was really funny but I will say no more because it will spoil the fun. Staff was really reactive because on our first night, there were roadworks on the street so I couldn't sleep at all. I send an e-mail and they responded in the hour to offer us to switch room.

The first bathroom was quite small for tall people but the second one was much better. Lots of noise during our first night because of roadworks but it wasn't their fault and they switched our room when we asked. The second one was perfect.

It was fun with the digital check-in and check-out, even though having a velociraptor as reception desk staff was unsettling. Fun, but unsettling! For those not speaking Japanese, there was plenty of information in English, free information pamphlets, a comfortable entry lounge area, and my favourite thing: the excellent bag dropoff opportunity. What little live staff I found was polite and helpful, but most things are done by information signs. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and lovely, the bathroom clean and easy to use, and the lighting options very good. A keycard was necessary to have access to the elevator, which felt safer. There was a police office very near, and speaking of very near, the Kintetsu line Nara station is literally just around the corner!

Well, it did feel a little odd with no easily available physical staff. Thanks to the signs, it was still very easy to get information. It didn't feel entirely safe that it was so easy to get into the entrance, and no human there to keep watch, but the bag storage was safe, and after a certain time of evening your key card was needed to get the doors to open. There was no real way of making sure one avoided tailgaiting in the elevator, if someone didn't have a key card, except one's own suspicion of course. It IS Japan, but there's such an abundance of tourists in Nara, it felt a little weird.

Great hotel with a wonderful location, very clean rooms, and lovely cleaning staff. The check-in and checkout procedures are fun! If I go back to Nara, I would definitely stay here again!

It would be great to have some instructions for the air conditioning. Even though I translated the controller, I still couldn't get the air conditioning to work very well and my room was often just "cool". It felt more like a fan (it wasn't set to just fan). Still, the room was much cooler than it was outside, so I was good! The breakfast buffet was just ok. It was a bit of a disappointment to be in Japan, but to only have a western style breakfast available. The café could use a bit of sprucing up. And more importantly, the floor absolutely needs to be thoroughly cleaned, it's very dirty - the grout is black, and tiles are dingy. The same tiles are on the walls, and the grout is white and the tiles are clean. All in all however, I would still very much stay here again.

Really just around the corner from kintetsu nara station and bus stops. Also close to electric bike rental shop and hotel slso has bike rental available (not electric it seemed).Luggage storage is available, but it was full for our larger suitcases. The staff were helpful at keeping it for us until the self-service check-in. After struggling initially, it went well. We had booked a slightly larger room, which had a great bathroom area and a small table next to a seat. Soundproof rooms. Very nice cups provided.

Curtains didn't completely block out the light.

I loved it, I had a Samurai check me in, and a Dinosaur check me out. Rooms were big for Japanese standard. Location was ideal; easy walking distance to Nara Park. Plenty of manga to read, vending machines, close to shops. It's a simple, clean room, with a big TV, big beds, plenty of suitcase space, and holographic dinosaurs. Whats not to love?

The check OUT process has a glitch. It will ask for 2 room keys, when you only asked for 1 during check IN. You can just click 'Finish' anyway, but thats not immediately clear. Other than that, everything else was automated easy going.

Great location, very close to the train station and Nara Park. Check-in is very easy. Be aware, however, that there are no receptionists there and you just do everything yourself at the machine. One important note: If you have a large suitcase (actually a bit larger than a cabin suitcase) and would like to leave it at the hotel after check-out, you have to call the staff. This probably isn't a problem, but I preferred to save time and used the luggage lockers at the train station. There are quite a few restaurants, snack bars etc. next to the hotel. I recommend this facility!

Our family of 3 stayed for 2 nights and later on 2 of us stayed another 2 nights As we came from Osaka and took JR by mistake, we had to walked to the hotel for 10 minutes as the hotel is next to Kinetsu station. The location is excellent - close to Nara Park and shopping streets with supermarket and restaurants. On the 1st day. we arrived before check in time and we could store our luggage and walk out. The robot check in/out is super easy. Overall it's a very good stay!
