The location couldn’t be more ideal, on the Main Street surrounded by food options. The bed was the most comfortable I found during my time travelling Japan

The room decor does look a little dated but the facilities all seem to be in good working condition so never really bothered me It was very noisy during my stay, the noise really carries down the corridor when guests are knocking on doors and having conversations in the hallway.

I definitely recommend staying overnight in Nara instead of just doing a day trip, there is so much more to explore than just feeding the Deer. It's a beautiful town and the hotel was center location, It has a really cute restaurant on the ground floor and a lovely coffee place a few stops up that had divine coffee. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, and the rooms were clean.

Very nice location, just in the middle of the shopping street. Japanese style. Room for 3 people was very well equipped and quite spacious with big bath. There’s a restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast or dinner.

No coffee for breakfast :( There’s a welcome coffee but it’s not accessible in late hours or in the morning when the most needed.

Very helpful service. Helped find the store I needed. Afternoon coffee is great. Good location to reach parks and museums. Also close to the station.

Breakfast was disappointing. It could be better.

It is perfect place to start visiting Nara city as it is 10min away from parks and 2 min away from station. Also it is in busling restaurant and bar street so you do not need to worry about food. Beds were confortable. Room was spacious.

I like the location of the hotel is extremely strategic because it is very close to the train station. Then, the staff are very friendly and give me some gift before leaving

Sometimes the WiFi is not working but it doesn’t matter

A few steps away from Kintetsu Nara station, right on market/stores street. Walkable to Nara deer park and temples but the bus station and metro are also a few steps awat, making this very accessible.

A bit more western style, which is not a negative for american travelers.

Great breakfast, convenient location, excellent customer service!!! The front desk helped me call the other hotel in Osaka to retrieve things I lost over there. And really appreciate the very nice souvenir gifts.

The bed mattress is a little bit soft.

Close the train station and the main shopping streets. The staff was very helpful. There is free coffee in the sitting area.

There is a restaurant located in the same building, but it’s not included.

Location is just a few minutes by walk to Kintetsu Nara station. Supermarket is just opposite to the hotel. Near to the tourist spots
