- Good location and good view for one room - Good manage and big dining room. Good taste of dinner and breakfast providing various food and beverage

- Unable to drop-off baggage at front of hotel building. Even there is bus to pickup guests with luggage from car park area which far from hotel, it's not convenient to carry big luggage into bus without help from hotel's staff when checkout.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the Onsen was large, clean and not too crowded. Initially was a bit worried when the description said shared bathroom, but our room had its own bathroom so not sure what that meant in the description but were delighted that everything was good.

Was a bit difficult to find the entrance from the map, and google maps led us down the wrong road to the back, but once we found the entrance it made sense.

Booked a room with 4 beds and a tatami for 2. Spacious room, nice buffet dinner and breakfast. Onsen facility is good. Free shuttle bus must be booked 2-3 months a head as always fully booked. Easy to take public bus (790Y) from JR Sapporo but the bus is always full. Stood in the bus for 90 minutes. Half way from Sapporo is Fu Snow resort, can get down for a half day ski on your way back to Sapporo. Connected to sister hotel, female sharing sister hotel onsen.

No private onsen. Was mistake for sister hotel with private onsen

The room is significant in traditional Japanese style, you can enjoy everything you expect from an onsen hotel in Japan. The big onsen is really relaxing especially on a snowy day.

The dinner was just above average, with no alcoholic drinks for a buffet.

The buffet spread for both dinner and breakfast were excellent. They have noodle/ramen station, sashimi, curry, salad, dessert station. They also have variety of soda and other drinks. Beer and other alcoholic drinks are charged separately but you'll be given a drink coupon for your drinks. And I must say that the seared tuna is a must try. And their onsen is not crowded, an excellent way to end or start your day.

At first, the way to our room is like a maze, but it's not really a big issue and you'll get use to it.

Even though a tad expansive, the staff was just marvellous to provide the best (I guess you’re paying for that) Yukatas are available for the guests, so cool for foreigners to wear them The onsen is great also Lastly we got a wonderful gift to our kids before leaving which made the experience even more wonderful

The breakfast and dinner were included, and foods have a lot of options also taste good! The view from window is great.

Quite a wide variety for the breakfast and dinner buffet spread. I loved the fact that the hotel is a stone's throw away from the Jozankei Nature Luminaire.

Location is nice with beautiful scenery.

Dinner buffet was so-so. It would be nice if hotel could improve the quality and taste of dinner.

the service is awesome they are very nice front desk staff to help us for everything and the buffet dinner and the breakfast are good as well . worth for it !
