For Tokyo, the rooms are quite large, and new. Rooms are clean and well appointed with a small dining table and a desk. Amenities are generous, pajamas are fun. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. The restaurant breakfast was excellent with many choices of both Asian and Western breakfast staples and a changing variety each day. The dinner food choices at the in-hotel restaurant are limited to Spanish tapas, and typical Spanish dishes, which are tasty and well-prepared. Staff was very attentive and friendly. There are many other restaurants in the surrounding area, but if you just want to stay in, you will be eating Spanish.

There are no laundry facilities in the hotel. Tokyo is hot, so you cannot wear clothing for multiple days. Many hotels have washers and dryers available, but not this one. The hotel has a laundry service, but it is not available from Saturday to Monday. They sent me to a "nearby" laundromat that ended up being about 1.5 miles away and not convenient. The restaurant should have at least a salad option for dinner, and more vegetables. There is no room service. There are no bathtubs in the rooms - which is a negative for Japan, where baths are really a custom. I could not access anything up on the roof terrace - both doors were locked, so although this is advertised as available to guests, I could not figure out how to enjoy the roof terrace.

The location is perfect with many restaurants around the area. Metro station is very near, so very accessible to where we plan to go. The bed is comfortable and rooms are clean. There is an area in the lobby where you can rest and stay while waiting to check in. Room is bigger than most hotels in Ginza. Friendly and helpful staff.

We can hear the noise outside even if we are on the 9th floor.

We were family of four and stayed in the hotel, booked two rooms as the room sizes are not that spacious. The location of the hotel is really good. Hotel offers complimentary coffee, croissants and bananas in the morning for those who do not have breakfast included to their stays.

The only downside of the overall hotels in Japan is the room size, it is not big enough to open your suitcase but we enjoyed our stay overall. Rooms were always cleaned and amenities were added every day.

Even before we arrived the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodated our requests. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff were respectful and lovely to deal with. The hotel was beautiful, modern and very clean. Buffet had a great variety and the restaurant had tasty food. Thank you for making our holiday memorable and hope to stay at another AC Marriott in the future.

It is a relatively new property and the room is clean, size is comfortable compared to most hotels in Ginza area. I hope the owner can consider to install some hooks/hanger in the toilet to hang the clothes while showering.

The younger staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. But we met a more senior lady (slightly taller) at the reception who is not so friendly and helpful. I hope the management remind the team to have consistency in the service approach among the staff.

Location was perfect. In middle of everything in the best and luxuriest neighborhood of Tokyo Ginza. All the flagship stores and boutiques are around. Metro is very near. Plenty of restaurants ( even Michelin Stars) are one step ahead. Rooms are very clean, big and comfortable.

The only thing to worry was windows were soundproof which might be annoying gor the first night but we got used to about it and didn’t worry anymore.

The position is really convenient in the heart of Gina. Modern design with new furniture.

Beautifully located in the Ginza district (without the traffic sounds), short walk to the Tsukiji fish market. Lovely staff

I am sensitive to smell and when entering the room there was instantly a curry smell in the air. I notified the front desk and asked for a air purifier or humidifier, which they easily provided. This only slightly helped the smell and had to be left on consistently other the smell would come back. I think it would have been better if the hotel staff had just offered me another room as it did put a dampener on the stay.

Location is great, very near subway

I requested for high floor when I booked 3 months ago but Staff said hotel was fully booked when I checked in and put me on 3/F. All staff generally do not speak good English except those at front desk, there is no or very limited concierge help. I asked for help to book taxi to airport given I had an early flight, hotel staff Keisure-san said he can book but the fee is not by meter and he quoted a fee that is double the usual taxi fee to airport. I ended up booked via booking.com for car to airport. Finally, one of the channels which offered English audio was not working, but when I called hotel staff to tell them, they offered no help or their English seemed unable to explain how they can help.
