The location was perfect! Close enough to the main spots that we wanted to visit but in a cool quiet area, surrounded by great local restaurants and mini-markets. We enjoyed walking from Sensō-ji at night along the Sumido river back to the hotel and eating great food at a local restaurant next door called Apetaito Bakurocho! The room was super comfy and clean - we didn't realize how to ask for the room to be cleaned (there was a sticker on the back of the door that you put on the front of the door to notify staff), but we eventually figured it out. The staff were really friendly!!

One morning during out stay, we opted to have breakfast at the hotel - it wasn't bad, but feel for the price there were better options near-by that would suit us better. The breakfast was noodles and seafood and we were looking for something lighter.

Comfortable and clean though small rooms. Helpful staff - fairly close to subway stations. Was hot in hallways and elevator but the room cooled down fairly quickly with the A/C

Was worried abt central heating….turns out it was so cold during February that I actually switched ON the central heat….im a big guy from south east asia so I can’t stand stuffy conditions….i brought along a portable mini fan and requested for a room with a window that I can open….well long story short….for those who are worried abt the central heat….you dun really have to….*I stayed alone and it’s in the month of February if it matters to your consideration*

There is no Laundromat within a 5min walk radius…..u have to walk about 10-15mins to your nearest one.

Hotel was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was also very modern and clean with everything needed (for the size, this was more than perfect enough). The location was also very good (close to Akiba and the surrounding stations).

Can’t however help myself feeling a little annoyed by disrespectful other foreign guests (Americans, Russians and Chinese) who showed little to no notice to Japanese customs or a hotel for that matter (like being loud, rude, etc.). Other than that, it was an excellent hotel!

The rooms have everything you need. There is ironing and trousers presseing equipment at each floor. You get traditional summer dress to go around. The TV has a digital hotel dictionary and info menu for the hotel and general info that would be helpful to a tourist.

Its is not related to my stay but to the navigation and how to find the hotel.It is easy to confuse with the other APA hotel at the same station as they have only one last word as a difference in the long naming.

It's an APA hotel. It's smallish, excellent value with many amenities delivered to your room each day and people in the reviews complaining about the books you can find in your room and won't even be able to read if you can't read japanese. The staff was really friendly and the check-out is really quick. It's really well placed, being a few minutes away by subway and with many touristic areas reachable in less than 30 minutes by subway.

I wish it had an universal plug like my APA did in Nara. The breakfast is rather expensive. Cheaper options would be welcome.

We like everything about this trip and accommodation. The staff was very kind and helpful, ready to answer any question. The room was a little small compared to what we are used in Europe, but that was listed so we expected it, however it was smartly compartimentalized so it felt right. The breakfast was a Japanese style buffet and the food was great, diverse and very nutritious. As placement, it was very close (15 min walking distance) to Akihabara and all its shops, restaurants and caffes. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and come back if we have the chance.

Clean, cozy and standard room space in Tokyo. The location is very convenient for public transport. And very easy to go to NRT or HND airport (however not every stations have lifts for crossing platforms, if you caring heavy luggages with you, better check before entering stations.) Overall it’s a pleasant stay and I’d like to stay again for my next visit.

Usually the stairs are not opened so even the room is just on 2nd floor, still need to wait for the lift.

Everything was the same as describe in the picture. The room was clean. Reception staffs and maids were friendly and helpful. Location is walkable distance to subway and metro.

The room was small like other Japanese hotel but the layout was made difficult to open the suitcase even there was a suitcase storage under the bed. For the room, the hotel will clean the room every 3 days if you don't ask for it. We had breakfast for 4 days and the menu was only Japanese food and it was the same everyday, when it ran out of food at almost the end of the breakfast time, they just let it ran out.

The location is excellent, conveniently situated near Bakuroyokoyama metro station. The room facilities are in excellent condition, and cleanliness in the room itself is commendable.

The room space felt cramped. Additionally, on the second floor, the area across from the elevator wasn’t cleaned properly. Note that the area has several hotels with the same name and under the same company but numbered differently – be sure to confirm the exact hotel number.
