Everything is very well organized; the staff are professional and friendly. As always in Japan it's super clean and in this case everything feels new.

Suggestion: Guests want two things when they first arrive: turn on the air conditioning and connect to the internet. Both are easy but you need to figure it out which is no fun if you are hot and tired. It would be nice to hand guests one page with instructions on these two critical things. Perhaps you add one line to the bottom of this one page that other information is available on the TV.

Everything is very well organized, there is no noise, the room is very secure, the minimalism in the room, the staff is super friendly, the cleaning kit is extremely useful, the refrigerator, the desk, that I can store the luggage below the bed and don't have to see them during the rest of the day, the yukata, the big screen/tv with the tailored amount of content, very good A/C, huge mirrors (I can use my laptop in the desk while watching the television reflected in the mirror) and the location is just couple of steps to the subway station (then I could visit the rest of the city efficiently, Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc all reachable in 20 to 30 minutes max) and its a 15 minutes walk to Akihabara or 21 to Ueno, or about the same ro Marunoushi.

Located close to train stations and convenience stores (food is much better at Japanese convenience stores than North American ones), helpful staff, AC in room, good amenities for price paid. Even though the room is small, there was space under the bed for luggage, a mini fridge, and a desk, and they had wall hooks and hangers -- note: because my sister and I are just over 5', the height of the bathroom ceiling was fine; however if you are closer to 6' and above it may feel cramped. We liked the complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable: razors, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair cap, towel for scrubbing body, facial tissues). We also liked the complimentary instant coffee and matcha - there is a kettle in the room and they provide disposable cups.

Some aspects of cleaning could be improved (found hair in the bathroom upon checking in and after cleaning days). While we had items on the desk, there were sections accessible during cleaning days, but it was not cleaned (based on dust accumulating as we were there for a week).

The hotel was located in a perfect location, which was closer to the station, which made our commute very easy to all locations. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and kept clean and neat, although small in size..If you are someone who likes bigger rooms, you might have to check with the hotel if they have any bigger rooms, but for someone who is travelling on business and spends very little time in the room, this was perfect.. The staff were very courteous, kind and helpful, always went the extra mile to support and help where necessary.

None that I can think of from the hotel but I felt the breakfast could have had more options for non JPN members and serve different dishes. Since I don't eat bacon / pork I had very little options. Its a nice to have, not a must have.

The room, although small, was tidy and clean. Big bed and TV to pass some time. Bathroom was modest, but had everything you need. The staff was very prepared and gentle. Free yukata was much appreciated. The position was perfect, there is Higash-Nihombashi subway station in 2 minutes of walk from the hotel and 7/11 shop near the station.

Unfortunately, the view from the window was a gray wall of another building. It is worth to notice that there is no wardrobe in the room, thus making it difficult to keep your clothes out of the luggage.

The warmth reception of the staff on night duty as we reached the hotel about 12+ in the morning, checking in was a breeze. We reserved 3 rooms and requested that they were side by side as we were travelling with young children. The rooms were very clean and they maintained the cleanliness till the day we checked out. They replenished the toiletries and coffee everyday, thank you as we needed the coffee. The reception staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. Some spoke very good English but fret not as there's always a Goggle Translate. thank you APA Hotel Nihombashi Bakuroyokoyama Ekimae for making our stay a fantastic and memorable one.

Small compact room but had all the necessary features and more. I was surprised with the number of outlets and light controls installed in the room. The AC/heater worked really well which is necessary in the winter and summer temps. I’m a small person so I was very comfortable, but I would advise against bringing more than two luggages. It was tight with just my one check-in and backpack. Location is away from the hustle and bustle but within 12 min walking distance of 5 stations (the cheaper routes that connect to the touristy places like Shinjuku and Shibuya require you to start from Asakusabashi, and I usually ended up taking the metro back to Kodemmacho. Within walking distance of a Lawson, 7-11, and Family Mart take your pick. Staff were super friendly. They set up my luggage forwarding request without any issues and answered all my questions.

The location was close to several subway stations on different lines, so it was easy to get everywhere. One of the stations is just around the corner. You can walk to Akihabara in 20 minutes. Several markets around that work even late at night. And food in Japanese markets is really delicious and of high quality. The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The room is cleaned (sheets changed) once in three days. Breakfast was delicious, but there were just 4 options and they are pretty much alike. It was ok for me, but if you stay longer you may want something else. The staff was nice, actually like everywhere in Japan - hospitable, respectful, polite.

The room was very small, but I think it is normal for Japan. The breakfast is till 10 am, for those who like to sleep like my daughter does it may be a problem. Though I am in another hotel now and the breakfast here finishes at 9 am. So now I wish it was 10:)

A very efficient and helpful staff at the reception desk with a good command of English. A small room...yes, but everything is very well thought in every aspect, every square centimeter has been used in an efficient way, so overall everything is very functional. Very clean everywhere. Very good breakfast with good basic choices. Blueberries pancakes are excellent, and the coffee is good. I recommend it. Quiet place and good location close to metro and train station to go to Narita Airport. Many restaurants around.

Pillows are very hard. Not exactly Western style, and there is no other option.
