Access to train station was great. Very close and the trip to airport was easy. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our flight was at 5pm and the shuttle only ran until 11 am and then started up at 4pm. I was not aware of this and was hoping to take the shuttle to the airport. It worked out with taking the subway to airport.

The place is nice, close to the airport and a train station from which you can reach Shibuya and Shinjuku in 50 minutes time. They also offer baggage storage, which has made it very convenient for our trip. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle following schedule. Sadly, when we arrived at Haneda Airport with a JAL flight, we missed the last bus by 10 minutes. Hopefully, we'll be able to use it next time. If you want to use your JAL Mileage Bank card, you need to do so when making the reservation. It seems you cannot combine it with Booking.com, but that, of course, is not the hotel's fault.

It is near Haneda Airport, the free shuttle service takes about 10 mins to ferry passengers between the hotel and the airport. The taxi fare would cost about 2000 yen.

The place to take the shuttle service from Haneda airport was unclear and the staff was not able to explain that effectively. Very simple but has everything you need. Comfortable bed, clean room, professional staff and great location (we needed to get a flight from Haneda Airport). Fantastic choice for one night's stay for us. Check in was very smooth and can't fault the staff. Professional, friendly and welcoming. Very pleasant stay.

Nothing negative about the hotel but just want to share - the free shuttle bus is from JAL Hotel 3 doors down (on the same side) rather than in front of the hotel. It doesn't even take 5mins so it didn't bother us at all. This wouldn't put us off staying here again and will definitely use them again!

All the airport hotels were close by, the train station was close to hotel. There is Family Mart and Lawson conbini store and eateries around the station. The room was on the small side but we only stayed for 1 night.

There was misunderstanding with the free bus shuttle service. We had a large amount of luggage to haul and arrived in Haneda T3 to use this service. We even called the hotel on the check in day to confirm if the shuttle was in operation in the afternoon and been advised that they DO PICK UP PASSENGERS. We got to the bus pick up stand and saw the bus and the driver only to be told that we have to go to T1, he was waiting for a group charter pick up to the hotel and could not assist us. We got the train and complained to front desk staff.

This is a small - but very confortable hotel - near the Haneda airport. It is located basically one straight line from terminal 3. There is a coffee machine, some soda machines free to use all day long. Also, they offer bread (not exactly breakfast - but only some bread) early morning. Rooms are VERY BIG - specially for Tokyo's standards. Silent room, even thought the hotel seemed to be full. There's a bus offered by the hotel leaving to the airport from 30 to 30 minutes.

Location is good for beign near the airport - but it's an odd part of Tokyo. It feels a little bit emptier, with a lot more cars, and fewer shops to visit on foot. Breakfast isn't a real one - they offer basically some bags of bread - a 'grab and go', to be honest.

GREAT LOCATION: The hotel was easy to locate (at the end of the street to the left) from the Anamori-inari Train Station. The Anamori-inari Station is just two stops away from Haneda airport on the Keikyu train. We arrived in the early morning, waited for the trains to open, and bought a Pasmo card at Haneda to ride the airport train line during our Tokyo stay. Everything was quick and easy, even with limited English. We used google translate when needed with train station and hotel personnel. Everyone we met in Tokyo were kind and accustomed to speaking into the google translate, if needed. Trains were always on time and easy to navigate using google maps. The JAL West has a coffee sitting area with delicious corn tea (like corn chowder) and a variety of complimentary teas/coffees/juices/sodas. We enjoyed shopping with locals at the nearby family market, Tokyu grocery stores in the train stations, and eating our small breakfast or snack bites to feel more like home in the hotel coffee room. A few delicious restaurants were nearby as well. We particularly enjoyed The Book Cafe. The hotel is modern and clean with Japanese style bathrooms. Our room was very small, a bit smaller than a cruise ship room, with little room for luggage; but, it contained everything we needed. The airport shuttle back to the airport was also quick and easy at the end of our Tokyo stay en route to our Japan/S Korea/Alaska cruise. All in all, we loved staying at this clean, modern, quiet, efficient hotel. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to family/friends visiting Tokyo. Domo Arigato, JAL employees!

The bed would be better if it were on a platform with room for extra suitcases underneath. The elevator could use frequent vacuuming.

The shuttle bus is the reason we booked this hotel. The rooms are larger than a standard business hotel here in japan but the beds are the same rocks..... The pillows were meh as well. At least they didn't have beans in them like some do. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and I had lots of room to move around. I LOVED the coffee machine in the lobby. It has clam freaking chowder!

Hard beds and pillows. Japan likes firm things and though I have been here over a decade I am just not a fan. Other than that I do not have any real complaints.

A return booking as my last night before an early flight - this hotel has everything you could need. Great rooms, quiet spot and free shuttle bus that runs from 4am to the airport. Many local places to try for dinner within easy 2 block walk. Comfortable beds and great showers, the kettle and coffee in the room were very welcome for my early start.

Disappointed that one of the local yakatori bars locally no longer welcomes non Japanese clients - signs on the door which I was shown to after being met with a firm NO when I tried to enter. Having previously had a wonderful night there earlier this year, this was the low point of my week in Japan. Happy to report that another locally run bar was more than happy to welcome my business for my final night.

Everything, it was very smooth to check in and out, you get everything that you need, a comfy bed, and the layout of the room was great the distribution of space was well used and it felt big compared to other hotels in Japan. I got sick and got help around 3 in the morning, it is a shame I can't recall the name of the lady who helped me but the service mind set was great regardless we communicated with Google translate. Please congratulate your staff (especially the lady on the Wednesday 9 early morning shift) The cherry on the cake is the great shuttle service, I would come back again without any doubt. Ah there are some welcome drinks and also bread is offered in the morning
