A little disappointing that there in no shuttle bus between 12:00 and 16:00.

Location was perfect and shuttle bus make the airport transfer very easy

On arrival I was asked to sign a privacy declaration which was presented in the second page which gave the impression it was assumed I wouldn’t want to read what I was being asked to sign and in addition to the privacy statement there was also a declaration to accept direct marketing with no option to decline the marketing which should not have been mandatory. When I asked the receptionist they looked at me blankly as if they didn’t know the details of what they were asking me to sign and even the manager seemed surprised when I pointed to the direct marketing section and said they absolutely wouldn’t do that but I had to sign the form. I would advise updating the form to at least make the direct marketing statement optional.

1. Location- Very near to Haneda International Airport 2. Staff can speak Japanese and English 3. Check in process very smooth 4. Many restaurants including Indian restaurant are nearby. 5. Family mart is just opposite the hotel. 7/11 and Fuji mart is also nearby. 6. Free shuttle bus, The drivers were very nice persons who helped everybody to load the luggage. Every half an hour there is a bus. 7. Microwave oven in the floor where you can heat your own meal. 8. Coin laundry was also there.

Convenient location for an airport overnight stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was OK...bit small but adequate for an overnight stay. Really nice (spectacular even) temple easy walk just down the road. There is a convenience 'mart' across the road and a quite acceptable reasonably priced in-house restaurant. We arrived mid/late afternoon from Osaka with an 0830 flight to Sydney next morning. They have a shuttle bus to Haneda. If we were in the same circumstances, we would not hesitate to do it again.

Room was a bit on the compact side but what do you expect from an overnight airport hotel?

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Its proximity to Haneda Airport and the free shuttle service to and from the airport made it extremely convenient for travel. The self check-in kiosk made the process fast and hassle-free, which was a big plus after a long flight. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores, and drug stores nearby, which added to the overall convenience.

While the hotel is a bit away from the city center and may not be ideal for romantic getaways or family vacations, it’s a great choice for solo travelers or those visiting for business.

Double Room. Modern and very functional, excellent lighting but room is very small with bed against the wall on one side. Excellent quality toiletries, towels and bed linen.

Small room with no space for suitcases. Minimal tea/coffee/creamer supplied. Slightly expensive. The short journey fixed-time shuttle service between airport and hotel is very convenient but: - you must follow directions for pick up point, which are clear but may seem complicated after a long flight - you may need to take the free airport shuttle to a different terminal, to meet the hotel shuttle - to ensure you get on the shuttle at hotel you need to queue for 1 shuttle earlier in case it's full. Also be sure to check that the shuttle timetable suits your flight as it runs according to JAL flight times.

Prime location, close to Haneda airport, has shuttle bus services between hotel and terminals. Room is spacious and clean. Able to adjust room temperature. It is a bonus features for overseas travellers and those who cannot tolerate central heating. I managed to had a brief rest in the room. The service of concierge services is excellent. I had a plan change and need to rush back home the night I check in. I wasn’t sure if I could get a flight but the concierge was able to keep the room for me in case I need to return to the hotel. I wasn’t sure able to communicate with the customer services team via the message service from the app and they do promptly respond to the messages.

I love staying at this hotel. For the price you really can't get a better hotel in Japan. Rooms are large and so are the baths, beds are comfy, staff are always incredibly helpful and polite, and the shuttle bus is extremely useful. Hugely recommend this place for the final night of your stay in Japan.

Only having two washing machines (2 hour cycle) is a bit mental for such a large hotel. Every time I've stayed here I'm arriving around 6pm with a 4-5am shuttle bus, so I'd like to get laundry done but I always end up waiting for a long time. Often someone will use both machines at the same time which is... annoying. Pretty minor, this hotel is fantastic.

Located about 100 meters on foot from Anamori Inari Station, it is very convenient to take the Keikyu Line to Haneda Airport or to Shinagawa to transfer to the JR Line for sightseeing. The front staff is very helpful.

I didn't get up until about 10:00 a.m. because I returned to the hotel late from my evening excursion, and while I was washing up, the staff member who cleared my room went straight into my room, which I still felt was inappropriate even though she immediately backed out after realizing I was still in the room.

Shuttle bus to/from hotel. Arrived and was guided through the check-in process. The hotel was located near a train station, food store and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and had light controls in the headboard so you did not have to get up to turn off the lights. They have heated bathroom mirrors so the part above the sink does not fog up when you take a shower.

Price was a little high for the location being well outside the main part of the city. There is nothing more that I didn't like but I wanted to get the green line to be completed so my review will be informative.
