Although small, the room was very well equipped - everything looks quite new. The room was better than the photos. Good value for the price

The pick up from airport was unclear - you have to call the hotel and the reception will ask to speak to someone in Japanese to instruct him to tell me where to go. As my Japan SIM card could not make calls, this cost me a bit in roaming call charges. The hotel could have printed the instructions with the airport map on where to wait; and if we have any problems we can always ask someone at the airport.

This was our last stay before we flew out of Haneda airport early the following morning - for this it was an excellent location, further enhanced by the free shuttle bus to the airport from around 4.30 am onwards - a really convenient service. We were asked to fill out our request for a shuttle bus on check in. Very close to a subway station, although it was a littl;e far out from the centre of Tokyo we managed to travel there from the hotel location in about 40 minutes, it would also have taken us to the airport if we'd chosen not to use the shuttle bus. The room was fine if a little cramped - not a problem as we were only staying one night. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The complimentary breakfast was nice and handy to have for an early start. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

The room was a little cramped but this wasn't a problem as we were only staying one night, as it was it was perfectly fine for us. It was perhaps a little far out for someone who was intending to explore Tokyo's attractions, but with a nearby subway this would not be an insurmoutable problem.

Staff was so polite and helpful. The room was small for 2 people but we expected it to be small as the description of the room was accurate. It was clean, with all the toiletries one would need. The air conditioning worked amazing. Quiet area and very close to the airport. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport. One of us used it for the evening and the other for their morning flight. Coffee at the breakfast was really good!

Breakfast options could be better, i.e offer more options.

We were picked up from Haneda Airport on our late night arrival and taken to the hotel. There are two convenience stores, a pharmacy and place to eat near this accomodation. However, only the convenience stores are open all night.

In the morning we missed the 10:05 am last free shuttle bus to Haneda and had to take a taxi. Check out was at 10:00am and our flight was at 5:30 pm. No late checkout option:( The pillow was extremely uncomfortable and was unable to sleep. Not a restful night.

The receptionist was very helpful. The room was small but comfortable but overlooked on the side ,a building site, so the curtain had to be left closed and therefore the room had no direct light The shuttle to the airport left in plenty of time and it was a comfortable drive there

The signage to the entrance was extremely poor. I nearly did not stay as I was greeted with a concrete stairway - which was not the hotels entrance. I had to phone to see where the true entrance was located.

The price of the room. I booked the rooms in March 2024 for Aug check in. The price was around Yen120k for 2 rooms x 3 nights. That worked out to be around 40k per night. During our stay due to FLT cancellation we had to stay one more night and the rate was only 22k per night. This means the rooms I booked much earlier are almost double than the walk in rate. I am asking Booking.com how can this happen????

shuttle service to Haneda Inn. in correspondence was told to phone when ready for pick-up (communication in English) Language barrier on phone, no staff spoke english. managed to find someone at airport to translate and organise pick-up. once there all good as I could read english translations to make stay happy. just stressful getting there after long flight.

Very big rooms (we had a triple room), even the bathroom was spacious. The hotel provided a lot of amenities like tooth brush which was perfect, Also a free bottle of water was offered. Comfortable beds and very good (free) transfer service to the airport.

Breakfast was poor: corn soup and miso soup, curry with rice and some simple bread w jam.

Small room size but fine for a single traveler, basic but also very clean. Front desk staff has somewhat limited English ability but very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a simple menu of tasty curry rice, bread, coffee/juice. I arrived early and took the train (Keikyu Line) from Haneda to Otori station and walked a few minutes to the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is a great value; must select your shuttle departure time for the return to Haneda airport upon check-in; journey is only ten minutes and very convenient.

Light sleepers might have an issue as it's located near a hospital and you can sometimes hear the traffic outside.
