I didn't realise that this wasn't a fully staffed hotel, might have been me missing that information on the booking but make sure you do the pre-check in before you get there and you won't have any issues. Check in was a very easy process, just scanning QR codes, and you're away! I was a little worried about there not being any staff when I realised, but it made no difference what so ever. Getting in/out of the room was very simple, and the room was clean and tidy. We did see a cleaner going around in the morning, so they are maintaining it well. Check out was dead simple too. The room was great, felt like a mini-apartment than the other box rooms we had in Japan. It made it cosy when we wanted to chill out at the end of the day. It also had a fridge, and a microwave which added to the comfort of the room! Location is good, you are quite far out of the City. The trains are very regular, but isn't as simple as if you were in Shinjuku or Shibuya and can get numerous trains/buses, but we stayed here because of it being so close to Haneda Airport, and on the morning when we were flying back home it was invaluable being so close so made up for it being out of the City. Definitely would recommend you booking this if you're moving around Japan and this will be the last place you stay before flying home from Haneda Airport.

Location wise it's quite close to the airport with some basic shopping nearby. Just about enough for a stopover to catch a flight.

Check in process is ok but then passkey to the room is so long and the keypad doesn't always work fine so you basically have to hold your phone on one hand to see the code and keep trying to get it right with the other hand, room had unfinished wall, a small fridge that doesn't cool anything and an ac that was also not very good

Considering the distance to the airport, I thought this place had very reasonable priced rooms. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

There were no staff physically available to talk to. All communication with the hotel staff had to be carried out via an ipad. The process of checking in can be a bit tricky as it's all done online.

We have arrived early before check in and they tried to help and make room available sooner. Thank you.

As this is place close to the airport, we planned to leave there luggage on last day on the reception. BUT there is no reception and therefore no place to leave luggage. We had to use airport storage.

The hotel is very close to Haneda airport and since we landed pretty late it was convenient to not travel far for the hotel. The rooms are well equipped for movie night and it looks like a lot of effort has bin put for that

The room code has stopped working in our time there, but the hotel staff have found a solution for us.

I loved how close this place was to the airport, I got into a taxi was 8 minute drive. Use the code they send me. The staff spoke English and was super helpful to me as I was overtired ! Clean room, good shower/water pressure ! Easy check out and was close to a train station I just walked over and a 7/11!

Close to airport. Simple room with fridge and kettle. High-tech toilet with heated seat! Huge projector tv linked to streaming apps. The hotel is a few doors away from a mini-market that does some hot food and drinks. Tip: slap the door handle with the flat of your hand to access the entry keyboard to get in. Use the video call in reception to fully check in and get your room code. They speak good English.

For the price point, nothing.

Good location for a quick stay straight from the airport. Quick and easy access - there is no staff there is an iPad instead that you can call on and self service to get in and out.

Small apartment and far from main city center, not much around for a longer stay. The rooms are all key code locked with the code being long it gets annoying constantly having to type in.

The home theater setup was great. Getting it setup was a little bit tricky, but we figured it out. Also, the staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process is a little bit cumbersome, but the staff was able to walk us through it. Other than that, nothing else wasn't to like.

The place exceeded expectations, perfect for a 1 or 2 nights stay and sleeping close to airport. Facilities were clean and quiet despite being next to main street, check in was quick and efficient.

Bed was squeaking when moving and trying to sleep.
