The staff was very friendly, although they didn't speak English very well they tried to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. Bfast was good. You can use both buildings for bfast, which was great. The bathroom was tiny, but clean. Bed was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very quick. There is a 7/11 across the road..great for snacks and the metro/tube is also 1-2 min away.. great location! Very good value for the money.

The hotel is just a few steps away from Otorii station. There are also a lot of dining options as well as convenience stores just around the hotel. Though it is right in front of a major road, the sound insulation is great and I had a quiet time here. They also serve free breakfast and you can also choose to eat at the other Toyoko Inn just beside them if you prefer the food there. They also have a free shuttle service to Haneda Airport at designated times throughout the day so it's very convenient.

An updated shower system with more precise water temperature controls could be installed. There were also times when I could hear gurgling water that seemed to be coming from the tub pipe, so sometimes that was unsettling.

I want to praise the shuttle bus driver and hotel reception that help me find bc the luggage that i left at lobby. I was half way to Terminal 2 from hotel n realize one of my luggage went missing(not in the bus). I dont know japanese n he dont know english but he try his best to help me. He quickly call bc hotel n check if i left at lobby then ask subsequent shuttle bus send to me. Because of their profression n willing to help as was their luggage was missing, i able to get bc my luggage on time to board my plane. TQ so much to toyoko inn haneda 1.

I expected the hotel room bed being hard, but it was nice and comfortable. I was also informed that the staff wouldn't speak english, but the receptionist that I met when checking in, did speak understandadbe English. My room was on the 10th floor heading to the local main street and I didn't hear any disturbing noices of the traffic to my room. The short trip from the Haneda Airport International Terminal 3 to the hotel, took 6 minutes by the Keikyu Line (Metro) to Otorii Station (3rd station from the Airport). Hotel entrance was less than 50 meters away from the Metro exit/entrance and the Metro ticket price was only 200Y (1.2€). In the morning the hotel's free shuttle bus trip took about 10 minutes back to the same Haneda Terminal 3, which was the first stop after the short bus ride. The Japanese style breakfast was decent and nice bonus for this level of a hotel. The hotel's complimentary Internet connection was easy to set up and fast to use. The instructions were on the room's TV screen when arriving to my room, and every room has its own hotspot based on the room number. I could connect easily multiple devices as couple of iPhones, Ipad, and my laptop to the WiFi at the same time.

The bed had only one pillow, nothing else to complain about it. The doorstep to the bathroom was a bit awkwardly high and I hit my toes against it couple of times before I learnt my lesson :-D. All the buttons text on the AC remote control was in Japanese, but I used my Google Translate's camera translation option to learn the meaning of the buttons.

Information supplied about shuttle didn't include which terminal. International arrivals are at Terminal 3. The instructions for the shuttle bus were from T1. But that wasn't mentioned, so we were confused and wasted 1 hour until a helpful employee made phone calls and redirected us to T1. We weren't informed that bathroom accessories were available at reception.

I chosed this hotel because we arrived late at night (Haneda airport) but still in time to get the last trip of free hotel shuttle bus, which about 15min journey to the hotel. The next day , we moved to next hotel via subway (Otorii station)which also close to hotel, about 1 min walk. 7eleven just in front of the hotel. The staffs ...all of them so friendly and helpful. For sure will stay there again in my next trip.

Kind and warm service from all the staff. The breakfast spread was free and delicious - I recommend trying some of their onigiri. It was some of the best we've had. The shuttle bus was punctual and very convenient.

I'm not sure if I imagined it, but I think there was some food smell in the room because I was near the ground floor. Perhaps the hotel can look into improving ventilation.

The location was very good as My flight departure was early morning.the shuttle bus was punctual and the driver was kind. Our room AC wasn't working and after I reported we were given another identical room. That was swift. That's good.

Because my flight was early morning so I missed breakfast. I wish if I could get meal (even just some bread and fruit) as I paid cost includes breakfast.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel that is very good value. Their shuttle system is very easy for travelers who need quick access to and from the airport... the hotel has a great system, and all information can be found on their website (maps, timetables, directions). The rooms are nice and the breakfast was excellent (some of the best salmon I've ever had), and the staff are kind and helpful. I will stay again!
