It’s located very near to Haneda Airport Terminal and the hotel has a free shuttle bus service that runs between the airport and the hotel and vice versa . You’ve just got to look up the bus schedule on the web and know where the pick up point is .

Checking in is via a kiosk and if you’ve booked more than one room, you will need to check in room by room even though the booking was done at once by the same person . Anyway someone came to our help quite quickly when we pressed on the help button despite it being midnight.

I checked in with a dinosaur. That's rad. Room was fantastic, one of the best rooms I've had in tokyo, and the best bathroom I've had in tokyo. Lobby area lounge was great too for hanging out post checkout. Checkout at 11 instead of 10 was also nice.

The location is fantastic for getting to the airport, but it's quite inconvenient to get to center tokyo which we ended up having to do, so keep that in mind when booking.

This stay was a pleasant surprise with its quirky self checkin Lobby. Despite the desk being manned by robotic dinosaurs, there were very friendly hotel staff nearby to help with our checkin. The experience was smooth and put a smile on our face. Other than its quirky nature, this hotel boasts affordable and modern rooms close to Haneda airport. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 5 minute walk from the closest train station, and 20 minute ride to Shinagawa station. The twin room was pretty spacious by Tokyo standards and very clean. The vibe is calm and definitely a great option for families. I would gladly stay here again!

Very clean and tidy. The room size is small, but I don't consider it to be a minus since it's very common for Japanese hotel rooms. The self check-in went smoothly and was intuitive. The room had all amenities such as toothbrush/paste, slippers, hairdryer, etc. It was also clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose this hotel because we arrived in Tokyo quite late at night and wanted an accommodation close to the airport. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you are in Tokyo for tourism. Overall, it is a fair price for its worth, services and location.

The capacity of the shuttle isn't enormous. Be ready to squeeze your luggage next to you on the way to the hotel/airport or to wait for the next shuttle

Excellent place to stay if you have an overnight layover at Haneda Airport, just three subways stops from Terminal 3 and a short five minute walk from Otorii Station. Everything, including check in and check out, is automated, though there is a staff member that can be called if there are any issues. Do be aware that the Tokyo accommodation tax is not included and you must pay upon arrival (¥200 at the time of this review), so be sure to have some cash on hand to put into the machine at the front desk. Interesting dinosaur theme and comfortable, clean rooms, albeit a bit tiny. I'd definitely book again if coming back through Haneda.

Breakfast was good, though there was a little confusion at first. When we arrived at the breakfast area the gentleman asked if we had reservations. This sounded at first like we had to make a reservation for breakfast at a specific time. We tried to confirm that this was the hotel restaurant and breakfast included with the room, but I think there was enough of a language barrier that it wasnt clear. We walked away and came back a few minutes later and figured it out. he was just trying to confirm that we were hotel guests, and asked for our room number, not that we had reservations for breakfast.

For a hotel with a name that translates to 'strange hotel', there wasn't much strange about it once you got past the front desk robots checking you in. And unfortunately, for one of the two rooms we booked, even that didn't fully work right. For some reason the machine asked me to insert my room key at the point when it should have been issuing me a key, and I had to press the button to call a human out for assistance.

Staff were extremely helpful. We were a large family group and some of us had trouble with the automated check-in, however the staff were able to help with this. The children were really impressed by the roaring dinosaurs in the reception area. We were able to get the courtesy bus from the airport to the hotel which made getting there super easy. There was a good variety of vending machine options and a microwave to heat our purchases. This was really good as we arrived after 8pm and this allowed us to eat at the hotel rather than having to going searching for something on our first night in Japan. We had the breakfast in the morning and there was a good variety of Japanese and European food, so everyone was very happy. Checkout was again automated and easy to do. Rooms were very clean, cosy and compact.

Room was small.

The hotel is located very close to the airport. The check in process was write good but unfortunately it took time ss the entire bus entered at the same time. Few staffs near the kiosk would be good to guide the people. The hotel she Staff were courties and the microwave facility helped heat up baby food.

The room were over compact and very limited space to move. Didn't have Enough space even to open a suit Case. There could be more information in the entrance and in the corridor there were many guest speaking loud and shouting early morning around 4. More instructions and information should be provided. The airport shuttle location could be better sumarized

We stay here every time we have an early morning flight at Haneda. The animatronic dinosaurs are so fun and we love that they are dressed up to celebrate holidays. There are also very helpful human workers to assist as needed. The shuttle service is very convenient and prompt, following the schedule very closely, and the Otorii station is a few blocks away if self-transport is desired. There is also a Family Mart down the street so that's very convenient. It's a fun place!
