It’s located very near to Haneda Airport Terminal and the hotel has a free shuttle bus service that runs between the airport and the hotel and vice versa . You’ve just got to look up the bus schedule on the web and know where the pick up point is .

Checking in is via a kiosk and if you’ve booked more than one room, you will need to check in room by room even though the booking was done at once by the same person . Anyway someone came to our help quite quickly when we pressed on the help button despite it being midnight.

I checked in with a dinosaur. That's rad. Room was fantastic, one of the best rooms I've had in tokyo, and the best bathroom I've had in tokyo. Lobby area lounge was great too for hanging out post checkout. Checkout at 11 instead of 10 was also nice.

The location is fantastic for getting to the airport, but it's quite inconvenient to get to center tokyo which we ended up having to do, so keep that in mind when booking.

Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was spacious (bathtub was in a separate room, which we liked a lot. Check-in was unique but quick and easy once you know the rule. You can leave the luggage at hotel (just need to make sure that they won’t run out the spot…). Many amenities are located nearby (Matsu-ya, Suki-ya, Family Mart, Matsu-Kiyo). We also saw many eatery places around the hotel too. Nitori… it is another spot to do some random shopping.

The location is a bit far from the nearby station (Otorii-station via Keisei line). You will be walking about 10 mins to get to the hotel. If you have many things to carry with you, I think it is wise to take a free shuttle from the airport (make sure to check the schedule beforehand). The free shuttle is kinda smaller end. So, if you are to take from the hotel, I would recommend to wait in the line in advance.

Good location, about 5 minutes from the station, good amenities, very clean room, comfortable bed. Didn’t get to try the breakfast, as I left too early for the airport, but on a previous stay with them my boyfriend tried it and was satisfied.

Nothing really negative. Just try to keep your reservation name short or you’ll have to wait for the staff to come out and help you check in, as the machine doesn’t accept too many characters. The guy that came out was very helpful and even though he didn’t speak much English we managed to communicate using translation apps.

This stay was a pleasant surprise with its quirky self checkin Lobby. Despite the desk being manned by robotic dinosaurs, there were very friendly hotel staff nearby to help with our checkin. The experience was smooth and put a smile on our face. Other than its quirky nature, this hotel boasts affordable and modern rooms close to Haneda airport. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 5 minute walk from the closest train station, and 20 minute ride to Shinagawa station. The twin room was pretty spacious by Tokyo standards and very clean. The vibe is calm and definitely a great option for families. I would gladly stay here again!

The property is super close to Otorii station (probably an 8 minute walk). Check-in was very easy on the machine that was to the left, just make sure to follow the prompts. The lobby is very clean and tourist friendly with luggage space, vacuum packing machine, food vending machine, microwave and eating area. The room was very clean and compact, and room service always made sure that everything was clean when we arrived back. The staff was also always available to be able to help when using the phone to call them.

The vacuum packing machine was a little finicky, so I would need to ask staff for help sometimes when it wouldn’t create a good seal and start vacuuming. They were always able to help us with our problem.

Very clean and tidy. The room size is small, but I don't consider it to be a minus since it's very common for Japanese hotel rooms. The self check-in went smoothly and was intuitive. The room had all amenities such as toothbrush/paste, slippers, hairdryer, etc. It was also clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose this hotel because we arrived in Tokyo quite late at night and wanted an accommodation close to the airport. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you are in Tokyo for tourism. Overall, it is a fair price for its worth, services and location.

The capacity of the shuttle isn't enormous. Be ready to squeeze your luggage next to you on the way to the hotel/airport or to wait for the next shuttle

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the AC is quite strong, and the TV has chromecast, which is convenient for watching Netflix. The location is very close to Haneda airport (around 15 minutes away with public transport), and the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is incredibly convenient for those with an overnight layover in Haneda. It's also quite close to some restaurants and convenience stores. The reception is done using a touchscreen interface next to some dinosaur animatronics. In addition to it being entertaining, the automated check-in and check-out system works very well, much better than other hotels which use it such as APA.

A bit pricey for what is essentially a business hotel, but I guess that comes with the location. The bedside plug did not work in my room.

Stayed for one night only in transit from Haneda to Okinawa. Excellent decision. The hotel is good value, quirky but fun! Be warned, there is no staff at reception. You are welcomed by animatronic dinosaurs and lady robot (so eerily life-like!). I knew what to expect but I didn't tell my husband about it and he was disoriented to say the least! Just take a deep breath and follow the instructions - it is is well signposted and the lady robot speaks good English. Actually this made checking-in more of an adventure and a hoot! Once you pay with your credit card and the electronic room keycards issued, you are set! Our room was quite comfortable: nice firm beds, good ambient temperature and reliable wifi. The shower in the bathroom was perfect - after a long flight, to have generous hot water at constant pressure was bliss! We slept very well - it was quiet all around us. The buffet breakfast the following morning was a feast. A fusion of Western, Japanese and Indian dishes, interesting! It even had a mango lassi corner, yumm. We wish we had lots of time to dawdle and indulge, but we had to get to the airport for our morning flight. The added bonus was there is a hotel shuttle on site which leaves by the hour. Too easy. We just waited in the queue (FYI I think they can only fit 20 people so be there at least 15 minutes before the shuttle arrives to make sure you get on - having said that there were only 3 people on ours!). We love this hotel. I will definitely bring my family here next time we go through Haneda airport.

A fun new experience at check-in, there were some nice amenities and options like the washing machines, anime checkout, vacuum packing machine, and vending machines. No free breakfast but there are options nearby to walk to. Location is great and is close to Haneda Airport. The train ride on the keikyu line was easy and fast to get to the hotel. They have an airport shuttle that is also nice but you're limited with luggage (not a big deal for me, I just left my checked luggage at the baggage storage in T3 at Haneda) and it does not run all day. It's in a quiet area which I prefer and I found a cute tonkatsu shop a 3 minute walk away that was run by the cutest Japanese couple. The tonkatsu there was delicious!

More hours for the airport shuttle would be nice, as well as free breakfast.
