I like the fact that there was a room for hotel guests to use in a common area to eat and/or rest/chill out. There is also a microwave in that room for us to heat up leftovers or food we got from the grocery store.

I didn't like the fact there's no indication on their website about not offering airport shuttle transport for the evening hours. Airport shuttle is only available on the early morning, morning, and afternoon hours. Our flight was close to 11:00pm, so we couldn't get a shuttle at 7:30 or 8:00 pm. We ended up taking a taxi.

Close to the airport, very helpful, friendly and polite staff, handy to have a restaurant co-located, value for money.

Shuttle buses to airport only ran after 6pm and until 10am. Would have been helpful to have a bus once an hour during the day, since arrivals and departures happen at all times.

Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The shuttle bus got us to the airport in a one 5 minutes which was very helpful. They have a free bus that starts around 4am so even early flights can be caught.

The location was good for the local train station. The free shuttle bus to the airport at 4am, which operated every half hour from 4am was very convenient. The hotel is close to many options for food, takeaway and eat-in. Within 100metres of the hotel was a fascinating local temple and tori.

We tried breakfast our first morning, sadly the reception didn't tell us at checkin that we could get a discount for the "token" which gave us breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast was ordinary. Breakfast for the next 2 mornings was cereal and buns from Local shop. Sadly while the hotel provided cutlery there was no cockery. A bowl and plate would have been helpful.

We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport, and it definitely delivered on that front. The location is very convenient — just a short drive away — which made it perfect for our early morning flight. One of the biggest positives was the complimentary airport shuttle service, which was prompt, efficient, and saved us the hassle and cost of arranging separate transportation. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were courteous and helpful. Although we only stayed for a short time, the convenience of being so close to the airport really made a difference, especially when travelling with luggage and kids. The hotel serves its purpose well for transit stays or short layovers. If you're looking for a place that offers easy access to the airport with a free shuttle included, this hotel is a reliable choice.

Free shuttle bus to the airport (in the morning), good breakfast served from 5am, friendly and helpful personnel, comfortable beds and pillows.

Booking fee did not include breakfast for children so additional payment was requested during checking in process. I was a bit surprise and never before experienced similar situation that breakfast was not included for all guests. Perhaps I a ma guilty of this for not reading carefully all information. Throughout the night we heard some noises (from walls and ceiling) - there were not loud enough to disturb sleeping however there were noticeable and concerning.

We spent the night before our 7am flight here. The checkout at 3:40am was really smooth and quick, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport starting from 4am. It was great help to us, as we had four heavy suitcases. The hotel also has a nice cafe on the ground floor where we spend time comfortably the day before, when we arrived before the check-in time.

The lift doors closed really quickly and aggressively on people and things unless someone was holding the open doors button. Very scary when you try to move large suitcases in carefully.

This hotel room was a bit roomier than other hotel rooms in the city with the similar price range. It was clean and comfortable. There were convenience stores and a grocery store nearby. We were told that the shuttle service to the airport was first come first serve basis. So we went down to the lobby 20 minutes before the departure time, and there were already a lot of people with many large suitcases. One couple did not get on.

Since the hotel is close to the airport, they could offer the shuttle service more than one ride per hour especially when there are a lot of people needing the ride?

The staff was excellent. We arrived late and I left my phone by self-check in and they called the room to let me know. Shuttle in the morning back to the airport was quickly, friendly and super helpful. Late night run to Family Mart was just what was needed and it was very close. Walk from subway and straight forward and easy even with lots of luggage.

We struggled for a bit at the airport to find the shuttle to the hotel and ended up taking the subway- super easy, short walk. Will take the subway next time, easier to locate than the hotel shuttles. That is an airport problem though, not a hotel.

Second time to stay here, really convenient location and perfect for anyone wanting to use Haneda Airport. There is a free shuttle bus that runs to the airport every 20 minutes which makes life very easy if you have an early flight. Staff are friendly and speak English, will definitely be using again in the future.

Only a minor dislike that maybe won't apply to the vast majority of guests who stay here - I am a very light sleeper and had to unplug the fridge during the night because the compressor noise was enough to stop me sleeping. After that I fell asleep really quick (bed is large and comfy) and had a great sleep. Room has zero external sound leaking into the room so no other issues for a light sleeper like me!
