This hotel was perfect for our needs for an overnight stay after a long flight from USA with a 20hr layover between our next flight. Therefore the shuttle was very convenient and one of the reasons we chose it. The rooms although not huge, were spacious enough and the beds comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and we do appreciate having actual proper check-in staff in hotels, especially after long flights! The rooms were described as having "shared bathrooms" on Booking.com when we booked but they are not shared, just normal hotel rooms with normal bathrooms! (Which was a nice relief!). Also, a 7-Eleven nearby which was handy for snacks!

The restaurant/ bar upstairs (Captain's Grill) was extremely expensive, we had one beer and left and went to the other more relaxed dining area downstairs near the lobby where the food and drinks were quite reasonably priced and the food was fine.

Staff at check out ensured we got a taxi and directions to Tokyo station. She was exceptional!

The style and the facilities. Food at the hotel and even a 7-11 around the corner. The view of city lights was great, and nice walking in the park and along the foreshore.

The room had everything we needed but was small. Not really anywhere to put our bags. There were shuttles to and from Kawasaki station and the airport, but not frequently.

The airport shuttle is efficient, reliable, and on time. The hotel onsen was a bonus to have for winding down. Breakfast was of good quality. Staff were helpful, and the amenities were good too. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money.

It would be good if the frequency of the shuttles could increase. The bed was a bit hard, and I had trouble sleeping.

Free transport to and from the airport that was right on time. Nice view across the water back to the airport. Quiet and staff were great. Food choice inside and outside the hotel was good.

Beds a little hard and as always in Japan pillows are not what Aussies are used to, but that is across many hotels in Japan so no big deal.

The shuttle bus service is what made us decide to stay here and we are so glad we did. The shuttle bus ran on time and the hotel gives you the timetable of pick up points at the terminals. Once we got to the hotel we were impressed with the style and look of the hotel, fantastic customer service, very comfortable beds, clean, wonderful showers, lots of snacks and goodies available for purchase in the reception area and great tasting coffee. The view of the airplanes taking off over the river made my aviation fanatical husband’s day.

It was my third time at this hotel (if my memory doesn't deceive me) and it was just as perfect as all the previous times. Location is very good, it's within the walking distance from 3rd terminal of Haneda airport, so you can get there by walking even if you arrive by the night flight. (Free shuttle only works during the daytime, but it's fine, you can get there even by walking). I tried restaurants at this place for the first time in all 3 times I stayed here and it was good, I can't say I was thrilled by the food taste, but it was good. Room was perfectly clean (as usual), staff was very helpful and the river view was just as beautiful as always. Will absolutely stay at this place again if I fly to Japan through Haneda terminal 3.

Industrial, modern hotel property which was once a warehouse. The lobby is very open and inviting with a bar, restaurant, and games on the first floor. The hotel is right next to Haneda Airport, and was perfect for a one night stay due to a bump off of our scheduled flight. Our room had a comfortable queen bed, with a beautiful view of the airport. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The main issue with our room was a poor placement of the TV, making our late-night viewing very uncomfortable. We recommend moving the TV to the wall facing the headboard to make this a perfect setup for guests. A few other minor issues: no face cloths to use with body lotion. No stool or stand to raise your leg when drying from the shower. Besides that, wonderful room for a layover.

It's all great. I will certainly go back. Just the smoke from cooking on the 5th floor bothers me a bit. The food is amazing though.
