Perfect location for early departure from Haneda airport. Literally at departure level
The check-in staff attitude. We checked in on May 11 at around 7.40PM. The male staff who were there acted like he was doing the guest a favor instead of providing service. His voice tone was harsh and condescending. He acted that way throughout the whole check-in process. I hope the management will look into this. First time in my numerous times visiting Japan that I encounter rude attitude from so-called service staff.

It’s literally in terminal 3 - you cannot get any closer to being in the airport. We had a 1 min walk to our check in desk. You can use a trolley for all your luggage right to your room door and they’re left by the lifts so you can use them in the morning in the airport. Staff were friendly and check in / check out quick. Bed was comfy and minimal noise from the airport. Room was also larger than average so plenty of room for suitcases.
Breakfast was included and is ok, not a huge range of stuff but enough for a quick bite to eat before leaving.

Great location within the airport departure terminal. Big rooms with lots of space and amenities. Friendly staff with easy check-in and check-out procedures
Hard to find at first. It's very tucked away and we circled within the airport for about 15 minutes before finding the access point. Hotel was a bit expensive, but it is to be expected for in airport hotels

We had to stay overnight in Haneda due to flight delays and we booked this hotel around 6-7 hours before landing in Japan. We were super relieved that they had room availabilities but keep in mind that their rooms sell out quickly. There were 3 of us travelling so we had to book a single room and a double room. We landed around 1:30 am and it was very convenient that the hotel was located within Haneda airport. Arrivals was on the second floor and we took the elevator up to the 3rd floor (departure lobby) where the hotel was located at the end towards "N/O" island. Staff immediately greeted us upon entering and check in took less than 15 minutes. Room keys are required to enter the hallway where the rooms are located. There is also a vending machine conveniently located within the hotel room hallway. Both rooms came with basic amenities. The rooms were clean and also beds were comfortable. We also purchased breakfast coupons for the hotel restaurant "Tailwind" and the food was delicious and well organized!

Location couldn't be better. Conveniently attached to the terminal building, so you never have to go outside. Lots of places to eat in the terminal building. We didn't even make it to Haneda Garden to explore all the shops and restaurants there! It was perfect for a one night stay to recover from our flight. The flight arrived in the early evening, so it saved us the time and effort to travel to a hotel in the city while in a jet-lagged state. Front desk staff was very gracious and helpful. Helped us with checking in on the terminals, and also provided valuable assistance when we had trouble connecting with our driver the following morning.
Can't think of anything major. One point to keep in mind is that there is no direct street level access from the hotel lobby. You must go through the terminal and take the escalators/elevators down to the street level. That does take a few minutes and the terminal can get crowded, so you need to allow yourself some time.

We travelled as three people, me and my two girls, to Japan for the first time and our flight reached there late at night. Instead of immediately getting to our destination city, we decided to relax at the airport hotel before we got to the hectic travelling. Of course, as what the hotel promised us, every amenity was provided and very clean. It was a self check-in procedure but there are hotel staff on standby to help with it. The stay also included a complimentary breakfast, which had a decent spread of options. But unfortunately, we weren’t able to indulge much into it as we weren’t sure if they were Halal, not a huge deal for us though. The overall stay for the night was great, and we had fun with exploring the vending machine room on our floor. Thank you to The Royal Park hotel and staff for welcoming us.
The room is quite small as it’s a hotel room, not an apartment hotel. But still suited for solo travellers and travelling parties of two. Nothing worthy to note of that needs complaining, just prepare your wallets if you’re prepared to stay here for long haha!

Very convenient & relaxing Busta Shinjuku bus ride direct to Haneda Terminal 3 Royal Park Hotel. Only 2 (not 3) rooms needed for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 teenager), with large, firm yet comfortable beds for all (no Sofa beds!). High quality rooms & bathrooms + a luggage scale next to reception. Easy elevator ride from rooms to Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Departures floor meant we could grab quick, cheap, easy convenience store food for dinner & check where to go in the morning, then wake at 5am to be at Departures by 5.45am (as already checked in, holding boarding passes & only had carry on baggage) to leave on 6.55am flight. We'll be using this airport & hotel whenever we visit Japan in future!
Insufficient signage. Google takes you to the locked entrance off the main carpark, where there is no redirection signage. Thankfully, as is the Japanese way, an attendant ran over from a side carpark to direct us. Correct entrance is inside the Haneda Airport Terminal 3 building, which is likely on the Hotel's website but was forgotten by the end of our holiday.

My experience at this hotel was perfect in every way. Its direct connection to Terminal 3 of the international airport made arriving and departing incredibly easy and stress-free – a huge plus for any traveler. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient access to the train lines made exploring Tokyo a breeze. Being able to hop on a train to any destination in the city right from the hotel was a major advantage. The hotel itself boasts a beautiful restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The selection was excellent, and the quality of the food was superb. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s perfect location for airport access and exploring Tokyo, combined with its lovely amenities and outstanding service.
Can’t fault it one bit . One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in .

Best location if you have early morning flight on next day.
The room was small, and the amenities were minimal. It was disappointing that after having coffee at night, only green tea was available the next morning, with no caffeine-free options either. Considering the relatively high price due to the direct connection to the airport, I wish there were more drink choices and skincare items like lotion and moisturizer. Perhaps they were available in the lobby, but I didn’t see them. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, compact, and the location was incredibly convenient.

You couldn’t really get a closer hotel unless it was built on the runway. The foyer is in the corner of Terminal 3 check-in area. The rooms are functional and more than adequate for a short stay.
The check-in/check-out procedure was all done by machine which, though easy, took away some of the personal connection with staff. The TV in the room offered Japanese TV and pay per view movies - no streaming that I could find. Not a problem for a short stay. We did two nights ahead of our trip home. I hadn’t considered how much further this would make us from Tokyo when we wanted to spend our last day. That said, you have the choice of two rail lines to get you into the city. Not difficult at all.
